Just a suggestion vithika when you pull out menstrual cup, you need to press the cup down with your index finger or any finger you are comfortable with and release the vacuum which the cup creates while attaching to the vagina wall, and then slowly remove it. If you just pull with the tip in the course of using the tip will tear or the vaginal wall could also cause a tear so by pushing down the cup with finger, you release the vacuum and it's easier to pull the cup out
Absolutely..the way vitika pulled out may be pain maul n instead use one finger n do pinch the rim and pull it gently
So the fingers goes into vagina while removing the cup!??🙊😬. What about virgins who never explored down there...I'm scared.

Very useful & knowledgeable video!! I have been using menstrual cup since 2years, switching to menstrual cup from sanitary pads is a big decision at that time for me. When the first time I used it I was very nervous that something was there inside my body but later sometime as you said “my periods were like NO PERIOD DAYS” and I’m enjoying my period days too no rashes nothing. Since that time I have been suggesting my best friend to use it but till now she didn’t, she is very nervous & afraid that what if it struck inside my body. I have tried many times educating her nothing seems to workout. I’m kind of person like knowing about your body is nothing wrong, in-fact have to know about your body there is nothing shy about it. As you have talked about feminine hygiene, if you could also talk about knowing our body is not wrong or nothing shy about it. I just wanted to share my experience & how girls are scared using new products.
Coming to this video, I came across panty liners but never thought what’s the use of it. Now I got clarity about it.

Fragrances contains a lot of chemicals and our vagina absorbs things more effective than our mouth... So please don't use any kind of extra chemical fragrance or even natural fragrance... Vaginas are really sensitive and can be more prone to these infections

Vitika menstrual cup is a game changer for every women , been using it for half a decade now , small suggestion, shouldn't be removed that way , it hurts vagina, pinch, release the suction and drag it down . Thats how it works super smooth

I am very happy that you have talked about the menstrual cup😌 I know it is really underrated.. the fact that very less people talk about it is because the commercial advertising/usage of pads will go down which will be a loss for the big companies of course! Ladies, please trust us, I have switched to menstrual cup and been using it for more than a year now, I can’t describe how comfortable it is and you’ll forget that you are on periods.. I’ll just say that its the greatest and an intellectual invention ever to solve a problem😌 I have recommended to my friends and a lot of them hesitated.. I know, I’ve been there but yu’ll know once you use it and get comfortable with it in 1-2 uses..

I just wanna share my experience here, I’ve been using menstrual cups from last 1year and asking my friends n family members to use the same.
Although there are many benefits of using cups.
The reason why I started using cups was only becos of these reasons:
1. These are environment friendly
2. No harsh chemicals like pads
3. Cost effective
However this would be most convenient while ur at home or when you’ve proper access to hygiene bathrooms. But this gets difficult to manage when you’re travelling like in public buses/trains elsewhere. Here I’m listing my points.
1. Always wear a cloth napkin to avoid accidental leakages when ur cup is full or not inserted properly.
2. Empty it for every 6-10hrs or when it is full
3. Can’t use while travelling as you will have to squat to insert/remove and need clean water to empty and wash it.
I am using menstrualcup from past 2 years I feel its one of the best decision to switch from sanitary pad to cup and I have suggested to many of my friends, cousins

small correction akka you should pinch the bottom of the cup while removing because of the suction. by pinching it will remove the suction and make it easy to remove. you are making such a good video.
