My friends and I played through a homestuck based DnD campaign. The semi-climax had us fighting a dracolich form black king and Jack noir simultaneously. One of used sylph powers to summon PM, and another one, through shenanigans, had acquired the White queen's ring, which he promptly gave to PM, who attacked Jack. Six of us - Seer of Light, Knight of Time, Prince of Hope, Heir of Void, Sylph of Space and Page of Rage - then used a six person fraymotif, which bound the King in chains of hope and light while the shadows accumulated around the Heir, turning him into a giant Shadow Naga (snake person.) He then proceeded to fight the king and take his staff, which was shattered by the Prince. I then put an arrow through the King and we promptly finished of Jack. Every time I hear this song, I see that Naga rising from the battlefield.
I recently played a session and I continue to. I was the Prince of Rage and I saw my denizen eat my guardian. I attacked him with everything I had but it barely left a bruise. One of our players forgot to prototype per-entry but that was the least of our problems. We apparently forgot one player on earth. The Maid of doom. My party was The Prince of Rage, The Witch of Blood, The Seer of Time, Mage of Space, Heir of Mind, Rogue of Life, Sylph of Void, Knight of Breath, and the Maid of Doom.

Something about Homestuck is incredibly tragic to me. It went from a cool, silly concept that brought some very talented people together whilst boasting a dedicated if somewhat rabid fandom to this shambling zombie of itself, kept on life support to drag out a story we should've and could've moved on from a long damn time ago. Something about it just sets my blood to boiling: it really could've been great but it all came crashing down. I feel sorry for the fans, and even if I don't know if he deserves it, for Andrew Hussie.

@Vladimir Harlow I already explained a little in what I originally wrote, but to me at least HS shifted from "Homestuck" to "clusterfuck" in a bad way. It ended, as well, only to be hijacked into what appear at a distance to be endless subsets that nobody is really enjoying and which don't seem to be doing well. Hussie created it, brought it through to what it was, and also engendered the people who now create Homestuck in his stead, which is not a good thing. Again, he started what could've been and was a really cool comic which spiraled out of control into what I think is best described as sprawling mediocrity.

While I don't particularly like the squiddles part - it DOES NOT fit in with the rest of the song - I can't help but smile or laugh whenever I hear it. It took me a solid 2 weeks.
Something about Homestuck is incredibly tragic to me. It went from a cool, silly concept that brought some very talented people together whilst boasting a dedicated if somewhat rabid fandom to this shambling zombie of itself, kept on life support to drag out a story we should've and could've moved on from a long damn time ago. Something about it just sets my blood to boiling: it really could've been great but it all came crashing down. I feel sorry for the fans, and even if I don't know if he deserves it, for Andrew Hussie.

@Vladimir Harlow I already explained a little in what I originally wrote, but to me at least HS shifted from "Homestuck" to "clusterfuck" in a bad way. It ended, as well, only to be hijacked into what appear at a distance to be endless subsets that nobody is really enjoying and which don't seem to be doing well. Hussie created it, brought it through to what it was, and also engendered the people who now create Homestuck in his stead, which is not a good thing. Again, he started what could've been and was a really cool comic which spiraled out of control into what I think is best described as sprawling mediocrity.
