Thanks Louie! I think I covered pretty much everything that the main city of Liverpool has to offer, so if you're visiting here and you see all this stuff, you've explored most of the city. If you were to venture just outside Liverpool, there's a lot of interesting things to see and do (Aintree Racecourse - the Home of the Grand National, Formby Beach etc.) 👍

Lol, you just walked around Anfield wearing a United shirt like that? 😅 I love your video and really miss Liverpool a lot. I lived there from 2010 to 2016. Hope to visit there again! Cheers!
The Brookside theme music at the start of the video brought back memories (note that the show itself has just started streaming again - i think on stv - for free).
I’ve never been to Liverpool. I’d love to take my children on the ferry across the Mersey. Can you just get on the ferry or do you have to book in advance?
Most of the time, you can just buy a ticket and get on without waiting all that much. Occasionally when it's busy, you might have to wait for the next ferry or be given a time for a specific ferry. But it's not like the Rome Colosseum where it's sold out for the entire day or anything like that ... there's usually plenty of ferries and plenty of space. Hope that helps?
Fun fact... The catholic cathedral was designed by a protestant and the protestant cathedral was designed by a catholic 😄 And my personal favourite... St Georges hall was built facing the opposite direction to how the architect wanted it. He wanted the front of St Georges hall overlooking the park at the back of it. Lord knows how nobody noticed the mistake until it was finished 🤣
@@UltimateBucketList I would if I were you😆 I remember this stuff from way back when everything was passed by word of mouth but I wouldn't be surprised either.
A couple of little fact checks - the Liver Birds on top of the Royal Liver Building are made of Copper, not stone and they got their name from the city, not the other way round, or perhaps you were tongue in cheek when you said that! Quite a lot of cities in the United Kingdom are! I think by law - if they receive funding from the government, they have to be free to enter. One of the many things I love about this country :)
Loved this video of our city. Hate to burst your bubble, but that is not the original Cavern. It was on the other side of the road. My friends and I, used to go there in the early 70's.
Yeah I know, the original one got filled in, and the original entrance was where the Cilla Black statue is now. But it's close enough and within the vicinity of - I don't think tourists will mind.

Oh, and the stations nearest to Crosby Beach are in a fairly affluent area, not so dangerous! And naturally, it's free 😉
Yeah, Crosby's nice. I personally prefer Formby, but I'd happily spend a day at Crosby beach.
@@UltimateBucketList Oh yes, for a proper beach day Formby is great. Crosby I recommend to people more for a walk among the the iron men. Very instagrammable too!
Great video! Thanks!
Thanks Yulia - I appreciate your kind support!
Quality vid mate, cheers for all the tips and sights to see. Was there anything you had listed that was missed from the vid or you didn't get a chance to see and highly recommend? Thanks again on the quality of the vid👍
Great video. Now I want to vacation here.
It's worth a day trip just to see Liverpool, for sure.
great vid, i'm covering the city of Liverpool from the air
Thanks! Looking forward to seeing your work!
@@UltimateBucketList thank you. Only just started my RUclips channel so early days but covered the liver building and one of the cathedrals already
Liverpool is beautiful ❤️
Yes indeed!
Nice video Ultimate Bucket List. Some great places around liverpool
Yes indeed - it's a fun city to explore.
@@UltimateBucketList looks like it.
Love your video! Will really help me on my solo trip!
Great! I hope you enjoy Liverpool 😀
Be sure to check out some of my other videos for more like this 👍
Awesome video! I didn’t know you were doing travel videos, but about 10 seconds in I said, “Is that Ninh?” Have loved your Ninh Explains sports videos for years. I’ve shared your Aussie Rules video many, many times, and it was instrumental for me when I first got into the sport. Keep up the great work! Cheers from Florida.
Yes, well spotted! I do travel videos to document my adventures, but the Ninh Explains videos still get me the majority of views.
Thanks for sharing my videos, I'm sure I'll return to my other channel soon.
Cheers for stopping by!
@@UltimateBucketList No worries. Will definitely rewatch before heading to Liverpool!
Beautiful ferry tour
It's a must do thing here in Liverpool if you're visiting :)
Another great video Ninh, Liverpool looks like a great city and I am sure it is much cheaper than London.
Oh Jason, I'm telling you - it's significantly cheaper than London!
I've just come back from our nations capital and going from having to pay £7 for a pint in London, to £3 for a pint in Liverpool makes a massive difference!
Thanks for tuning in once again, I appreciate your support. 👍
@@UltimateBucketList That is a big difference
@@jasongarufi8187 yeah, it's a massive difference!
Lol, you just walked around Anfield wearing a United shirt like that? 😅
I love your video and really miss Liverpool a lot. I lived there from 2010 to 2016.
Hope to visit there again! Cheers!
Yeah, pretty much!
Hopefully you'll be back one day!
The Brookside theme music at the start of the video brought back memories (note that the show itself has just started streaming again - i think on stv - for free).
Well spotted! You're actually the only person to notice the Brookside theme. Congratulations! 😎
The Central library is stunning inside an not to be missed.
Yes, if he had bothered to go in he would have seen the stunning Picton Reading Room and its acoustics.
The most beautiful thing you can do is to go for a jog along the mercy river!
It's a nice river to run along, yes.
Impressive video very well done!!
Thanks very much! I hope you found this video guide to Liverpool helpful! 🙂
I didn't know that. Haven't fact checked it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true.
Thanks for the facts!
@@UltimateBucketList I would if I were you😆 I remember this stuff from way back when everything was passed by word of mouth but I wouldn't be surprised either.
Awesome episode
Thanks! Very much appreciated! :)
Thank you very much for your video.. 😊
Thanks Rachel, much appreciated!
thank you for this video
You're welcome!
Excellent guide thank you!
Glad you enjoyed this video, be sure to check out my channel for more like this :)
that was so dope bro thank you
You're welcome! Glad you like this video :)
Liverpool Anglican Cathedral is the biggest Cathedral in the UK, so it's bigger than St Pauls
Yes, I got that bit wrong - sorry.
Fantastic video!
Thank you very much! I appreciate your kind comments.
A couple of little fact checks - the Liver Birds on top of the Royal Liver Building are made of Copper, not stone and they got their name from the city, not the other way round, or perhaps you were tongue in cheek when you said that! Great tourist video though, I'll be sending the link to my Canadian cousin who is visiting Liverpool (and me!) for the first time in a few weeks.
I’m from Germany and I need to write a text about Liverpool with this video pls heeelllppp
I think you can see the subtitles or captions in this video. Hope that helps?
This might be the earliest I’ve ever been to a video (2 minutes)
Well done!
I love this city
Indeed! It's very much a laid back fun city to explore.
As a Liverpool fan it is my dream to visit the northern historical city but it is only dream cuz it's impossible to get the chance from africa-Ethiopia. anfield my heart have aplace for you for ever❤❤❤❤❤
Never say never - one day you might, one day you will!
Thank you so much for that video when is the Liverpool match day video
Thanks. I've sorted the footage and I'll spend the week editing and narrating it.
Possibly the weekend, but I make no promises.
Great video of my hometown, there are a few great parks dotted around the city also with some thing to view and visit.
I see you went to the legends game, hope you enjoyed it baring the result that is.
Yeah, I went to the legends game. Ironically, that's the basis of my next video :)
@@UltimateBucketList thought so when I saw the score and that it wasn't a full stadium.
One day I will go to Liverpool city we hope and I love Liverpool FC..in child 10 years old I see the Liverpool in tv..I like Liverpool Owen time gerrad fowler.dudek..baros.hamman.risse.xabi..luis Garcia..she's perfect team..I love Liverpool FC..hope one day I will go there city...that my dream..
One day you will! Good luck.
Very interesting and informative. Thanks for sharing :) How much time a tourist needs to explore Royal Albert Dock, Three Graces, Liverpool Museum? Thanks in advance. :)
Not a lot of time - less than a two hours?
Love Liverpool
Yes
What about the Cathedrals!? “We have got one to spare” !
Well yes, that's technically true!
Greatest city not just the UK but the planet. We’re not English we’re Scouse and everyone is welcome. Paddy’s wigwam is called because of our large Irish ancestory. We’re a friendly city ignore the violence nonsense
, yes there can be trouble but no worse than anywhere else, don’t go to London it’s a total shit hole. Love you all.
very cool video, I liked it, but very fast 😅
Ah thanks. There's a lot to do in Liverpool, hence why the video is fast. Hope you enjoy the city if you visit. 🙂
Professional production values, combined with amateur characteristics. A perfect blend.
Thank you.
So many free museums and art galleries! Why can't other major cities be like this? lol
Quite a lot of cities in the United Kingdom are!
I think by law - if they receive funding from the government, they have to be free to enter.
One of the many things I love about this country :)
Salut- Ultimate,bravo~ how insaen ,
Thank you very much!
Would you ever consider visiting Chicago and doing a travel guide?
Oh I'd love to!
I could do with a cool city break that isn't in the UK!
Awesome video, Ninh! If only Manchester United played as good as your videos are 😥
Thanks Rafael. Don't sell us just short, we're coming back!
For a day trip : Sefton Park or Chester zoo?
Kinda like chalk and cheese. One is a park, one is a zoo.
I'd tell you to go to the zoo, but that's not in Liverpool.
