I always thought Drew Gulak was a great technical professional wrestler. But when he started intentionally hurting his opponents, I found it hard to continue supporting him.
The one with bob holley I kind of understand. That could literally blacklist you from renting cars ever again. Being a wrestler ranting a car is a must-have if you need one.
That’s actually a really good point and if there weren’t so many stories of old Sparky Bob Plug Holly being a pos, I could probably understand the Rene situation. Brock broke Bob’s neck and he never retaliated. Had that been, idk, Mr. Kennedy…Bob would’ve murdered him.
Drew Gulak is one of those guys who really has no up-side for a big rasslin' promotion. He doesn't look the part. He isn't a great promo. He tries to hurt other workers. The one thing he has going for him is he can work in the ring...but his look and size limit him to dark match/bottom of the card work. There's no real reason to keep him around.

@ZAYNIAC-g6x In August 2017 following a match at Triplemania XXV, Sexy Star legitimately injured Rosemary using a shoot armbar, popping the arm out of its place. This led to her being blacklisted from professional wrestling and with a different woman portraying the Sexy Star character. The footage is on RUclips.
Jake Roberts tearing Sid's bicep was just so Jake...I'm surprised he never went after Honky Tonk Man during their matches for that stiff guitar shot he gave him.
Might aswell put Brie Bella in for knocking out Liv Morgan For a second with the yes kicks then. Just like Brie, it’s not ronda’s fault and it isn’t the oppositions fault.

@samhainnc9416 No. This match took place on a WWF/WWF show called Metal. This was one of those shows that was for the lower mid card wrestlers. Also, right after this match, Saturn was given the Moppy gimmick which is believed to be punishment for beating up Bell.
No, he was just getting him out of the ring before he beat him up anymore, but he didn’t go out correctly because he was dazed and didn’t hold on to the middle rope when he went out. He talked about this in a shoot interview.
No he didn't intentionally try to break his neck. He actually threw him out of the ring so that he would have time to calm down and stop shooting on him, because he recognised he was losing control. The problem was that Bell had already been knocked loopy and didn't grab the rope as he went through, so he landed awkwardly on his head.
At least in WWE when people get injured, the match is either paused or called off. Somewhere else they let clearly unconscious people just lay there and let the match continue, even dragging those knocked out people so they can "get all their stuff in".
I remember seeing a clip from nxt and i don't know who the wrestlers even were but one guy had the other in a leg submission and he pulled the guys leg so far back you can hear it audibly breaking, does anyone know what I'm talking about?

The Jake/Sid story is why when Hogan said in hindsight he'd choose the Sleeper as his finish over legdrop, nearly every post I'd see ppl would reply "he should have said Axe Bomber" but it would have taken just one guy(Warrior definitely Warrior) to f--- up his arm.
APA vs dudleys-it was a follow up to the public enemy. Their reputation left a stink. So here is another ecw tag team, everyone assumed the Dudleys would act the same way. The ICP one isn’t true. They were wrestling to promote their new album and not getting paid for their appearances. They did it pro bono and after WWE didn’t air their commercial after weeks of being promised they walked out.
Cut her a break, I think she got the point. Since she has been back, while her in ring work doesn’t look great (god that leg drop is horrible looking) she hasn’t injured anyone either.
Matt Hardy was such a professional to STILL not injure Edge during their feud despite how personal it was.
For real! “Professional” is a good way of putting it. I’d have at least been a little snug with Edge.
