  • When Girls Do It is a 45-minute video examining the motivations of female sexual predators, the destructive effects of their actions on their victims, and the reluctance of victims to come forward. The most common offenders are relatives, with mothers topping the list, but it could be anyone such as baby-sitters, neighbors or teachers.
This documentary features compelling testimony and powerful interviews with survivors of abuse by female sexual offenders, therapists, and psychologists. The documentary delves into related issues including the long-held misconception that sexual abuse of children is exclusively a male crime.
This is a hard-hitting investigation of one of the most under-reported crimes in North America, as well as a provocative and passionate look at the motivations of women who abuse and the devastating effects of their crime on their victims. It underscores the urgent need for victims of abuse to feel secure in identifying female sexual predators in order to prevent countless other children from becoming victims.

I 100% agree! As there are some people/parents/women who will trust a woman (known or not ) with their children... you always hear people tell kids about the bad men , we need to teach them about bad people ! I get it, being a female and a mother I can’t imagine doing anything to upset a child let alone hurt them and as a woman/mum you want to think all females have this same caring, nurturing, protective personality but sadly it is not the case!
There are female monsters out there and they do SA kids and if not themselves they help some pedo get access to kids even their own 😤😡🤬
Use your instincts parents and never trust anyone you don’t know 100% wouldn’t hurt them, anyone can get to your child so make sure your kids know what to look for and let them know that they can talk to you and tell on anyone no matter who they are, family/friend/ neighbour/teacher... teach them to know that no one should touch them in any way and not to be afraid to tell!

My son was abused by his stepmother from 3-6 years old. As his mother, I knew something was wrong but I couldn't prove it and he couldn't verbalize it yet. So my son suffered for 3 years. When he was finally able to verbalize it and told me what was going on, I blamed myself first. I turned it in and followed all the correct steps. @@skreggie2522 The overwhelming majority of sexual predators tend to be men. Especially those who would go out of their way to meet a young stranger online for the purpose of a sexual encounter. Women tend to victimize family or their students. But on the rare occasion when women commit these acts they’re often given a an out and some sympathy instead of treated exactly like a man committing the same act. I was sexually assaulted by an older sister repeatedly for years. This person also happened to be my mothers favorite child. When I tried to talk to my Mom about it she dismissed it and laughed it off. When I told a counselor about it she tried to get me to have empathy and sympathy for my sister who molested me instead of being supportive to me. That’s the difference I’m talking about.

Great Advice! Having been an ER/TRAUMA RN almost 40 years (now retired!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) I truly wish more parents, extended or blended family members (Aunt/ Grandparents) would be as honest with their children/their family children. I think the most important thing you’re telling your children, is that they did NOT do anything bad (the other person did) as well as “I BELIEVE YOU! NO MATTER WHAT, ALWAYS TELL ME (or Grandma, etc)”. The child then has a great support system that they can run to, and lets them know THEY ARE LOVED AND BELIEVED, THEY ARE NOT BAD!
You should work with your local schools or hospital ER’s, put together a program for kids.....you are very honest! I will be praying for you and your work! God bless and safely keep you, in Jesus’s Precious Name, Amen!🙏🕊💕💜✝️✡️🙋‍♀️🌹

Sex offender laws need to be narrowed down, just like other laws. Extreme cases like the video, sure, life in prison is good. But for other cases, it's too much.
We don't put people away for life for getting in a fist fight and calling it murder. We don't put people away for life for having a single syringe of heroin and call them drug lords. That sucks and I'm so sorry you went through that. Society seems to act like it's a badge of being a man or it's wanted somehow bc it's a boy as a victim vs. a female. I know personally how horrible abuse can be for a boy. I've been close to a number of men as friends, relatives, lovers, etc who have confided abuse to me. ALL without exception had issues bc of this, just as a girl would. And I think for a boy in it can be even more confusing in many ways- such as if they are abused by a male does it mean they are homosexual if they are aroused etc. It's also more taboo to speak openly bc the reactions are so lame, as you experienced. The victims I know all had issues with addiction, intimacy, depression, poor boundaries and so on. I hope that you are seeking whatever help you need so that you can lead a healthy happy life. Including setting boundaries with family members who are unsupportive or toxic. 🫶🏻

As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse by seven different unrelated (to each other, only one to myself) men I have a LOT to say about this subject. The first is to say that while I never suffered at the hands of a female I know *it happens.* We need to give space and support to every victim of female predators - as well as victims of male predators. Vile is vile, period.
The second is that it is *absolutely imperative to stop* pitting abuse victims against each other as though our suffering can be quantified. Female victims experience JUST as much shame, JUST as much isolation, JUST as much normalization, just as much dismissal, and just as much lifetime stigma as male victims. It's just presented in different ways. A male child victim of a male pedophile is stigmatized as less of a male/effeminate if they speak up (as though being female is an insult - but this is the stigma) - a female child is forever seen as tainted, impure, dirty. A male child abused by a female pedophile is seen as coming into "manhood" early as though it is an honor to be abused, thus making them feel like they should be grateful for their abuse. Female children abused by female abusers are almost unseen completely. NONE of these situations are any better than the others. They're all equally awful. They are ALL under-reported. They are ALL under-acknowledged, under-prosecuted, and equally dismissed.
*THESE MONSTERS ARE EVERYWHERE* Studies show as much as 1% of the adult population or more are attracted to pre-pubescent children and as much as 5% are attracted to underage children. Now understand that this number is greatly skewed in a child's circle of connection because pedophiles tend to find careers and/or hobbies and/or competitive sports that increase their exposure to and trust with children. Do your children know adults? Think...Teachers, friends' parents, spiritual or club leaders?
It's a really uncomfortable subject, so many of us (survivors) never speak out and the ones that do rarely speak to the true depth or frequency that we experienced. The best advice I can give is to listen, give space and strength and support to anyone who confides in you, and do your absolute best to shed light on this truly horrific putrescence on humanity.
    Love, peace, and healing.

Children are disregarded, institutions that find them in their midst cover it up to save their rep, children are used as honeypots for blackmail, the subject makes people uncomfortable so no one discusses how prominent the problem is, and there is no cure for this sickness (literally, psychologically speaking) so there is no reformation, they don't do well in prison, which actually costs the prison more for things like extra guards and medical costs so they're often spit back into society as fast as possible, and so many more. Honestly, I'm personally in favor of life without parole with intensive psychological examination regularly and frequently for their lives and about their lives (the more we learn about them the better we can stop them) and they should be surgically rendered incapable of reproduction. The thing that's made the worst impact on pedophilia, honestly, is the internet. It allows them to communicate with each other, have access to materials, and it encourages exploitation for financial gain. If we lynched them we'd never find their buddies on the www.

They were 99% abused as a child themselves! is what professionals will tell you. It's a cycle. and that's the biggest part of it. that's why it keeps happening. people grow up not saying anything or getting treatment for it and end up just like their abuser. pretty much.. or become disfuctional, or a drug addict. etc.

As a female victim of incest, my heart goes out to these men. My Mother was a pervert too. She did her dirt to my brother as well as me. Of course my family was a hotbed of complete psychological pathology. I started trying to kill myself at age 9. She came into the kitchen and saw me with every pill bottle out ready to take them ALL! She said "go back to bed." AND when I was in the 7th grade and started writing in my journal THAT I wanted to kill myself my parents had to do something when my teachers called them in to discuss it. I had my first psychiatric hospitalization when I was in the 8th grade when I left a suicide note in my little girlfriend's locker telling her goodbye. She, of course freaked out and told someone, getting me the help I so desperately needed at long last! I do hope these men get the help and relief they need at long last too! I'm so sorry for what you went through. 😓
It can brake you down more , not being believed .
I was sexually assaulted by my stepfather the first time I realized it was him I was 9 1/2 yrs old .
And I say realized it was him . It's because he would come in my room in total darkness while I was a sleep.
So most of the time I thought it was a bad dream.
But this time I knew it was real , I jumped up and ran and locked my self into the bathroom. He came to the door and tried to come in asking me if I was ok .
He went back into the room with my mom , and I ran to the room my two brothers and sister were sleeping on the floor and climbed in-between them .
The next morning I told my mother ,
Her response was to slap me in the face and call me a liar.
And tell me I had better tell him I was sorry for saying that and hug him.
      I never told again.
I am now 52 yrs old.
About 10 yrs ago my oldest brother , who also sexual assaulted me .
Committed suicide but few years before that he confessed to my youngest brother what he had done .
And that my step father had also sexually molested him.
The demons my brother carried around got to heavy and he killed himself.
Then a few years after that my brother that's one year younger than I finally told me that my mother had sexually assaulted him when he was very young.
My point in telling you this is .
That I understand how you felt to not be believed ,
when it took so much courage to tell to start with.
Stay strong ! I will pray for you .
Lord God I pray for healing to begin ,
I pray you surround him with Your love ,
Guard his heart and protect his mind .
Send him your peace that surpasses all understanding . For
By Your strips we are healed.
I pray this in the Mighty Name Of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior .🙏 Amen

My husband was born the same year as me. In contrast, my father was 19 when he started dating my mom at 13, and married her when she was 18 and he was 24. 6 years difference, not that much, right? I mean, he was attracted to the fact that she had stunted her growth with eating disorders at 12 and will be child-sized for the rest of her life, and after she left him, he met another woman who looked like a child because she'd stunted her growth at a young age as well and had a bonus 5-year-old daughter for him to play with on the side who was 12 when he impregnated her.

When I was 17, I was sent from PA to Fl to babysit my 30 year old sister’s 6 year son. Upon arrival I found her in a sexual relationship that had begun when he was 16 & she was 29. My sister & I had both been raised by extremely fundamentalist, violent “Christians.” I knew nothing about the world & it took me awhile to figure out that when they went into the bedroom at night “to talk,” they weren’t really talking.
Furthermore this bedroom was small & contained only 2 twin beds with 2 feet between them. Her 6 year old son was always “asleep” in the other bed. I was ridiculously naïve about sex; and no way could I even imagine she’d be having sex two feet from her son in the same room.
When I finally put all the pieces together, I realized this was probably sinning ; but I had no clue it was against the law. In August I was told to pack up everything in the house. They were moving to California without telling his parents. I did not know it was illegal for a 30 year old woman to move a 17 year old boy thousands of miles, across state lines.
In California she passed him off as her younger brother. I met him years later. He told me they stayed together a few years. He got her pregnant several times. She was a nurse in an operating room & would bring home surgical equipment to perform abortions on herself, using these tools & a mirror.
Later she had an affair with a man who was married & had 4 sons. He divorced & married her. She joined him in the Seventh Day Adventist church. She became very strict religiously again. This new husband lasted a few years, until he shot himself in front of her in their kitchen.
She eventually moved back to Florida & told everyone in her SDA church there that she was a childless spinster.
She’s dead now. Left everything to the church.

Female sexual predators are more common than you think, most their victims suffer in silence with depression and sexual disfunction.

The drugs helped me to survive now I need to try and live which I haven’t been doing… more like a existing.

I hope these men and any man and or women who has ever been abused in any way heals well and finds the strength to carry on.

It happened to me when I was 11. She was my 6th grade homeroom teacher. It destroyed my life. I loved her the way a man loves a woman. When we were discovered and she was allowed to resign, I was devastated. Her parting words were cruel and remain with me to this day. I learned early to mistrust females. I also became fixated on older females, particularly teachers. My childhood was anything but normal. Sex became my primary focus, but it was also my most singular fear and I could not bond emotionally with females over fear of abandonment.
What's worse is watching videos or reading about the sexual exploitation of boys by women arouses me sexually which fuels such a deep hatred and rage all these decades later.

I'm glad that this issue is being brought to the light. I'm a female survivor of sexualising anuse, but I believe that women offenders should receive the same sentencing as men, the laws should be changed, to accommodate the issue of non vaginally penetrative, otherwise they just go back to reoffending while still working with children. They should also be put on the child sex offenders list to be know as a child abuser. I hope the men in this documentary managed to find healing and were able to move forward with their lives and have found happiness.

My heart goes out to these men and I am so sorry for the abuse they have been forced to endure. The trauma that this type of abuse creates in a child (whether male or female) is something that is sadly, often carried for life and has severe emotional and psychological consequences for that person😔 I wish all of these men the healing, peace and therapeutic support they need to live full and healthy lives... You are all incredibly survivors and I admire the courage it took to speak out and share your stories💞🌿🙌🕊🌠

I have two male friends who were abused by step mother's, whom were much younger than their fathers'. And I was one of only few women who seen this as abuse where their own father's didn't even have a problem???? And even girlfriends over the years would imply how fortunate and lucky??? WT? I cried with them as I'm a mother and Nanna and find this so disturbing and have seen the pain these victim's can never be the same. It's heartbreaking 💔😪🇭🇲

i remember all too well when one of the younger teachers used to come into the Boys locker rooms both before and after PE and Swimming classes, and she would always touch our nether regions and comment on the "Potential" of them. i was one of the boys at school that was abused the most, as i was the "Mentally Unstable Outcast" that everyone bullied, and my words were never taken seriously, and she knew it. to this day, nothing has been done about it, and i am forever haunted by the experience as well as the pain of never being heard or believed...

I was SA'd from 4-15 by my school teacher father I was about 40 when my childhood began to come forward. My mother knew but I was invisible to her. She told me to do what he wanted and be a "good girl" I was horrified when the memories came forward. When I watched this it brought to light that women can be groomers and molesters as well. I am completely horrified by my naive nature. 😱😱😱😱😱 it is difficult enough for women to speak up. I cannot imagine the pain of these men. I am heartbroken 💔😞 all over agian. In my early 60s the person I was furious with was not the molester but my mother and my family knew and nobody reached out to me. My father came from a family of molesters. I have distanced myself from all my family because I knew that not only was I not protected or taught right from wrong. I've spent my life not trusting males or females. My heart goes out to anybody that has experienced thes things. May we all find peace. 🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊

Sometimes, women scare me more than men. I come from a family of six females out of 9 people. I’ve seen woman do terrible things. But I’ve also seen men do horrible things.
It’s just harder to accept terrible things can come from females than it is to accept men doing horrible things.
Some women exploit that fact. Unfortunately.
Let me add that I feel incredible pain for what these men have been put through. 💔
