Make his fight on the hill in the early day
    Constant chill deep inside
Shouting gun, on they run through the endless grey
On they fight, for the right, yes, but who's to say?
For a hill, men would kill, why? They do not know
    Stiffened wounds test their pride
Men of five, still alive through the raging glow
Gone insane from the pain that they surely know
    For whom the bell tolls
    Time marches on
    For whom the bell tolls
Take a look to the sky just before you die
It's the last time you will
Blackened roar, massive roar fills the crumbling sky
Shattered goal fills his soul with a ruthless cry
Stranger now are his eyes to this mystery
    Hears the silence so loud
Crack of dawn, all is gone except the will to be
Now they see what will be, blinded eyes to see
    For whom the bell tolls
    Time marches on
    For whom the bell tolls

      @sd5775 2 года назад +1

@@GeorgeZimmermen And how long have you been playing? Obviously there is more difficult music to play on guitar. Classical and Jazz is way more difficult. • @GeorgeZimmermen

@@sd5775 I’ve been playing almost 20 years. Point is, anyone who takes guitar fairly seriously can learn Metallica riffs at least. I was just jamming master of puppets with my bro. I down pick the whole song the way it was recorded. It definitely isn’t the easiest song to play for beginners due to the dexterity and speed involved with the Down picking, but it’s the rare Metallica song that can give a beginner to moderate some trouble. Metallica is my 4th favorite band of all time so I’m not hating on them, just pointing out to the non guitarists and musicians who think it’s some phenomenon that sum 41 can play these well.
