What truly amazes me about these guys is that each one could be a "front man" but they'll step back to let the others shine - it's not a star with backup singers, it's a group.
There is an incredible journey following the music of home free. I swear they can sing anything. When you are ready, there are many recommendations for their music
Thank you for reacting to this one. Not one of my favorites ...yet, but, I'm sure it will grow on me. Check out their cover of *Do You Hear What I Hear* and/or an original of their's *Cold Hard Cash For Christmas.* They have some fantastic individual releases out there to. Austin (high tenor) has a cover of *Bring Him Home* from Les Mis that's fanastic. Austin and Rob (the beared wonder tenor) have a version of *Nessun Dorma.* ect ect ect the list goes on and on and on.
Once you get to recognize which voice belongs with each member you won't have to concentrate as much. Don't get me wrong, I've been following these guys since 2013 and I still have to remind myself at times that there are no instruments. They're just incredible. This is a Vulfpeck cover, but I adore Home Free's take on it. Thanks Red! 🎄🍟 Oh, and Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer should clear.
They all sounded fantastic but Adam ( beatboxer) went all out in this one and (adam) Chance sounded like a rock star there at the end. Thank you for the Home Free reactions
Loving your enthusiasm discovering Home Free, we Home Fries can totally relate. Would love to see your reaction to their rendition of "Do You Hear What I Hear", it gave me a whole new appreciation for the song. Another upbeat HF video I know you would like is "Listen to The Music" a Dooby Brother's cover, it's amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your time with us. Blessings always.
Love these guys, they always deliver! Would suggest "Take Me Home Country Roads" or one of my favorites "The Driver" (their gorgeous tribute to the common worker) Oh, least I forger, love the gorgeous red hair also!
Great response to another incredible Home Free marvel! Adam and Austin really let go on this one! And the bass heavy arrangement is wonderful. Gotta love Kris's dance moves, too!
I thought this song was a neat idea, a new version of Santa would of course be in LA. Sometimes Home Free will over load your senses, especially when you are just learning them! For Christmas, Do you hear what I hear is a classic but Adam Rupp’s arrangement puts a special twist on it and filmed in a very unique place! Enjoyed watching your brain overload, from Tennessee, low bass Kenneth
Oh, yeah, they can sing pretty much anything - and they do. Country, rock, R&B, sacred, even opera (the 2 tenors). Totally amazing. They are so talented. Adam is unbelievable. I love this one.
Yeah you don’t miss instruments when you watch Home Free. Their beatboxer is that good. Adam Rupp Drum Solo (2015). It’s an early one and there are many but it’s just Adam and a mike doing drums and you’ll hear how talented he was then. And don’t forget they have incredible songs with great harmonies. Do You Hear What I Hear (crazy good), O Holy Night, Mary Did You Know, Angels We Have Heard on High, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. And funny original ones. This was a cover of a Vulfpeck song. Good one Redhead!😍😃
You will enjoy their Xmas collab with the Oak Ridge Boys Star of Bethlehem, also featuring singer songwriter Jeffrey East. And their original of Snow Globe written by Tim is a must.
Hi Red welcome to the land of the Home fries I have seen them twice in concert live these guys tore all over the Americas and Europe and even in Australia and if you get the chance check out there Sea Shantie live to se how they perform live. Great reaction

@@redheadedneighbor it’s the whole thing that’s incredibly done. It’s filmed in the Austrian alps with spectacular views. It’s literally a spiritual experience. Kinda the ultimate Christmas tune.

I'm an official Home Fry, and with that title comes great responsibility, lol. I've given up on trying to analyze, and have just surrendered to the phenomenal talent, and say "yep...THAT!"
Hi Red, Home Fry here and new subscriber! This song was such a vibe! I have to move and dance when I listen to it! Austin killed it, Adam is an alien, Tim’s bass and Rob and Chance adding the flavor! Just love this and love these boys! ❤ I see you already reacted to Brothers In Arms so I will go back and watch that; slight contrast in style between that one and this one LOL which is why we Home Fry’s love them! Thanks for a fun reaction! #HomeFree
I love their rendition of this song - the singing & harmonies are terrific & Adam has gone berserk on the beatboxing. Rob looks great in that hat and their hipster Santa Claus is adorable! No matter what they sing, they'll always sound a little "country" 'cuz 3 of them are from the southern U.S. - Tim is from southeast Texas; Austin's from south Georgia; Chance is from Alabama. Both Rob & Adam are from Minnesota.
As much as I adore all of the "major" beatboxers, THAT performance just put Adam out in front (in my humble opinion). That whole video was great... but Adam??? Holy you-know-what!!! That wasn't beatboxing or 'vocal percussion." That interlude was done by some alien life form with altered vocal anatomy. I rarely rewind/play during a reaction. This IS the first time I listened to this video, and I forgot about YOU for a minute!! After I regained my composure, I finished with dignity. Great reaction, Red!!
I like this one especially because we get to the beatboxer really doing his thing. They focus a lot on Adam where we kind of get to see where the wonderful sounds are coming from. that aspect reminds me a lot of a song they did about 10 years ago called Wake Me Up by a young man who was apparently very famous before his death named Avicii.

Bad joke.
I LOVE bad jokes
You should check out there version of Johnny Cash Ring of fire with Avi. He is another base and has a great voice. It was a great video. Also check out voiceplay another incredibly talented acapella band. I first got hooked on homefree love this band. Then Voiceplay was a recommendation. You will love both these band's! Homfree can really get your emotions going. As well as both HomeFree and VoicePlay also show their sense of humor which I personally enjoy seeing them have fun.
I love seeing personality. That affected me to them right along with the talent!
@@redheadedneighbor Your reaction to brother in arm's is how I felt when I seen it the first time. Got me emotional with some tears. They did Dire Straights proud with their cover of the song.
