Thank you for the adventure. I think I’ve made my decision based on watching your videos. 2023, June, here I come. South west coast path.!! Great photography. 👍👍

Go for it! It is something special. In June the days are really long too!

That was some storm that came in there!! Glad you managed to rest up and give your ankle some time Tamsin. Amazing waterfall. God cows freak me out. I don’t trust them!! That car was gorgeous. Well done on that really rough stretch of path. 🍻

Thanks, that bit to Bude is probably in the top 3 hardest parts 😀There are many many cows along the path, in the final part we get serenaded! They are usually pretty docile we did end up herding some a long by accident once. cheers for watching🍺 Do you fancy doing a bit of the SWCP?

We’re those ring necked pheasant? I thought I saw a couple in your video!! My dad and I used to hunt those on the Oregon/Idaho border in the United States.

We just know them as common pheasants here. Not sure specific breeds. 😉

OMG so many cows, of every colour. Definitely recommend the pasties in Boscastle 😋

Did you have to carry your food for the section from Bideford to Bude?
I’m getting prepared for this section now

Yes, we did stock up at Westward Ho a bit. Also food was available at Westacott farm Campsite - which has a lovely little shop. Clovelly had a lovely pub which we ate at and Hartland Quay has some snacks at the souvenir shop. There is a post office shop but it's 2 miles inland. If you can get lunch and dinner at Hartland Quay Hotel ( good ide to reserve) If you do decide to stay at the hotel they do provide packed lunch on request. Also I highly recommend the luggage forwarding service from Hartland to Bude if you are carrying a heavy pack. It is very up and down. Hope all that makes sense. T😉
