9 lasagna noodles
1 lb. salmon
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp old bay
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
4 tbsps. chopped parsley
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup Colby Jack and yellow cheddar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz. cream cheese

THIS RECIPE WAS EVERYTHING. THUMBS ALL THE WAY UP. I used two scotch bonnet peppers while searing the salmon and used two laughing cow cheeses but dang hubby loved it!!!

Im suspitious of this recipe because usually salmon doesn't go with heavy cheeses but I will try this recipe sometime in the future....or maybe is better to use bechamel sauce...
