  • 韩式糖饼:可制作3--4个糖饼
    100g 糖
    30g 水
    60g 玉米糖浆
    1/4小匙(0.5g)
    1)烘焙油纸和压糖的圆模具(可以用平整的不锈钢或陶瓷杯子或碟子底部均可耐热材质)喷刷一层油防粘2)不锈钢锅放入糖,水,玉米糖浆中小火煮至刚刚准备开始变金黄色,温度控制在150--160C摄氏度都可以。
    3)马上倒入1/4小匙的小苏打,快速拌均匀
    4)倒入喷油的烘焙油纸上,用圆形平整的面把糖浆压薄。再快速用圆形,心形,星形,伞形之类的模具在糖饼中间压出形状。放凉即可。
    注意:糖变硬非常快,所以一定要快速压模具哦!
    另外:加入玉米糖浆会比只用糖和水做出来的蓬松好吃,颜色也更好看。
    如果没有测糖温度计,观察糖浆煮到刚刚有一点变黄就马上关火加入小苏打拌匀就行了。

    4) Pour into the oil-sprayed baking grease paper, and thin the syrup with a round and flat surface. Then quickly use a circle, heart, star, umbrella or the like to press out the shape in the middle of the candy. Just let it cool.
    Note: The sugar hardens very quickly, so be sure to press the mold quickly!
    In addition: adding corn syrup will be more fluffy and delicious than just made with sugar and water, and the color will be better.
    If you don't have a sugar thermometer, just turn off the heat and add baking soda to mix well when you observe that the syrup has just turned yellow.
