I have been deleting .asd files because I didn't think I needed them. Should i keep those? I haven't run into trouble deleting those so I didn't think they were necessary

Delete them! They just help ableton recall audio clip data quicker but they are a pain in the butt. You can go into preferences and turn off the auto creation of them.

Bro tbh it be like that sometimes... for zero reasons too. Literally just released a track RAW no mix because i went to open it and half the files just dipped out.. No reason for it either.. If you cant pull them in manually this way then there may not be hope unfortunately.

I previously worked with lite 11 and moved to live 11. all my projects went missing when I installed live 11
