Saint Catherines has always been a must visit for me when i.come to Niagara from the states. I was just 18 when I visited the area by myself for the first-time. I fell in love with Port Dalhousie and the twin lighthouses. It's been a must go ever since. If I were to ever immigrate to Canada this is where I would move ! Not a big city but big enough! Enjoy watching your videos
I am a senior and simply love your videos and that you are a local boy, great job, just wish the property taxes would stop going up, I truly believe seniors taxes should be frozen, our pensions don’t increase, but anyway you do a great job, would call you if I ever sell my home❤️❤️🇨🇦❤️
@@heathershinnie-gonzales3933 Thank you very much for your kind words! I agree with you 100%, property taxes are getting very expensive in all cities. Take care! 🙏
Thank you so much for the breakdown. This is one of top 3 cities to look buy a house. Probably soon. QQ - How about Vegan restaurants and vegan friendly communities in St Catherine's?
Appreciate your feedback Tamil! The top 3 vegan restaurants I'm familiar with in St. Catharines are; Rise Above Restaurant, Vegan Express, & The Lemon Tree. Hope that helps! Please feel free to reach out directly to me any time - andrew@advisorsrealty.ca
Nice video but a quick comment on one statement you made and one you left out. Your statement on crime, why single out the downtown area and pockets radiating out from there. You mention the fact that crime is low and then you choose to highlight a specific area. Not a fair assessment I would say. The item you left out is you don’t mention condominium buildings at all. Such as the Royal Port condo, the upcoming Harbour Estates condo both in Port Dalhousie and the 77 Yates condo on historic Yates Street to name a few. These are wonderful developments and would make anyone proud to call home. If you are going to praise St. Catharines, and rightly so, you should mention all that is available for home buyers. I offer this as constructive criticism not to offend.
Firstly, I appreciate you visiting my channel and providing your feedback! All my videos are a work in progress, and by no means perfect. The list of new topics is ever-evolving and ongoing. Those condo developments you mention are all awesome and great for the city. I'll add it to my topic list for upcoming videos. Thanks again for your constructive input! 🙌🏻

Can you survive on a minimum wage job in the Niagara region?
Absolutely! With property money management, choosing the right area where rent / homes are more affordable, I believe it’s very doable. 👍🏻
You can add being emotionally blackmailed by a partner.
Thinking of moving from clarington region to your city 😊
Me and my husband is moving there!
That’s awesome!! Thanks for checking out my channel!! Enjoy St. Catharines 🙌🏻🙌🏻
