Very much like north of Lakeshore in St. Catherines and would love to own a detached bungalow in this area. Only thing holding us back is that we are not sure how people of visible minorities are treated. Stats don’t show them to be of any significant number in this area 😢

I live in Niagara and it has tripled the size in 10yrs. Transit is awful. You won't find the variety of shopping businesses here that you would in the GTA area.

The place is plagued by precarious employment, lack of industry, lack of infrastructure. No connectivity between communities. However, the place has a good arts and theater community.
