I'm lost for words everytime i see these keystone cops half ass pursuing a nut job for what every reason. This is such a everyday occurance in Southern Cal. Why the hell don't they use unmarked cars and trrucks? I've seen this done in other states where they can sneak right up on both sides and block them.
The fact that the police weren’t trying to spin this car out on that empty road says everything about their lazy asses. That road along the cement art is one of the emptiest roads you’ll come across and the safest road to perform a pit maneuver
