- ▶ Hey all, have you ever wanted to keep that car for yourself?
I'm (unsuccessfully) trying to do it in this video.

▶ How to reproduce? ◀
1) Download Cheat Engine: github.com/cheat-engine/cheat...
2) Install it on your computer.
3) Get the Cheat Table: gist.github.com/nlgzrgn/c4a09...
(Click "Raw" and save the page with .ct extension (All Files).)
4) Open the cheat table you downloaded. There's a few methods to do it:
4a) Double Click the cheat table.
4b) Click File 🔻 Load (Ctrl+O) and select the cheat table you downloaded.
4c) Click the 📂 folder icon at upper left portion of the window and select the cheat table you downloaded.
5a) Double click the listed value (from under the Value column) at the bottom part of the window.
5b) Right click the listed value and select Change Record ▶ Value.
6) Change it's value to "90 90" (without quotes) and click OK.

i still don't know how, but about 10 years ago on my ps2 i've managed to sell it, and i had 3 cars already, but races weren't available, and i was far from the game's end. can't remember how i did it tho, i was only 8 and i couldn't understand a word in enghlish.

Well, you can buy a 350Z early on, enter the Debug Customization menu (aka top sekret hax mode) and recreate the car. If you want to get the Debug Customization menu, use ExOpts or a hex editor.

I remember Rachel being more and more annoyed with every phone call after every race you entered with her car.
In fact, there's 2 races you can run and also a hidden circuit. She really pisses off if you complete them. xD

You might be wondering
“Why wouldn’t it just set you back into Rachael’s car instead of crashing?”
Her car is not owned by you, so when you go into the lot, it is essentially deleted until it shows up again (IF it shows up again I should say, haven’t played since my PS2 days) and the game expects you to have a car ready to set you into when you exit the lot, and since you don’t own a single car and your “player model” is essentially your car, the game has no idea wtf to do and has an aneurism

Nothing special, Lancer X which is used by Ryo have AWD to RWD Conversion.
Michał Żmuda I think he means to force-use a car tuned for another class (for example a drag car) in a drift event.

I used to race with this car and get some money until Rachel would get very angry and call me on every occasion.
I didn't give Rachel's car when I was younger, the career mode of the game was freeroam mode, but I loaded the game again but
in short, the game was broken
Once Rachel said, "no racing until I say so".
Rachel is canonically a God that can destroy the Universe if you don't give her car back.
I managed to do this unconsciously while I was a kid because I played always those 2 circuits (1 secret) and the Sprint to gather more money. Last week I installed it again and just went straight to the Car Lot to see if there's anything different but I still got the Rachel pissed message and cutscene ("don't keep me waiting again" when you go the garage)
I don't know what happened but I'm enjoying so much replaying NFSU2 with Extra Options Mod. Thank you and the team

Wow seeing this car in NFS and racing games, I always loved it.... And now I have my own Nissan 350z and I just graduated highschool, was so stoked to find it and negotiate it. I put LED lights inside and a lip on the front bumper, hoping I can make it look badass, like my own NFS car in real life :)

After completing 100% of the game I started a new game just to get in the car with Rachel, I spent about 40 minutes playing with her car and every time she sent me very aggressive messages asking the car back, like me I'm tired of playing I just turned off the console, but I confess I was curious to see what was going to happen

You should limit the fps to 60 to make the cars shift correctly. They shift slow when the frame rate is above 60, like how you have it.

I can still remember from my childhood that if u lose the few races u can play with Rachel's Nissan 350Z and keep restarting instead of driving to the carshop, u first get an angry call from her and later a cutscene is triggered where the player drives to the carshop, the gate goes up and she stands there with crossed arms angrily at the player " ok that's enough *-.-"!* "

if you purge some nitrous while staying static and uses far rear-view camera, you will see that this green 350Z actually does not have any nitrous purge.

I presume even if you bypass this you'd still get a crash when entering any shop, since it isn't a moddable car.
I expected as much as that car not actually existing within the career and it only being a prologue thing.

I pulled it off by hex editing the save file so my starter car is a visual replica of her car in a save from just after choosing the first car. not exactly the same since I can't find the code for the actual loaner car but good enough for me.

You can make a good amount of starter money keeping her car as long as possible. Do every race and drive over every information ( i ) symbol.

How to get Rachel 350z at beginning of career mode?
Simple:
1. Use Extra Options nad UnlockAllThings option
2. Select stock 350z
3. Drive to garage
4. Use HxD Hex Editor and copy preset(DDAY_PLAYER_CAR) to your savefile or use Debug Car Customization from Extra Options.
5. Profit.
Michał Żmuda Should provide a rather unstable game with there being no tuning parts for it in te game files though?
@@MLWJ1993 it only wont have performance parts, but rest parts will be applied. I dont recommend giving level 3 parts early on, as AI is doing performance matching to your current car.

Tutoriale și jocuri interesante Likely to do with your cpu cores. Limit it to using only 1 core and it should be fine, otherwise it may get stuck loading or crash when entering/exiting garages (only the latter happens once in a while on my Octacore processor though).
I haven't played underground 1/2 so I want to know can 2 be understood without playing 1? BTW Awsome videos work keep it up.

There isn't a plot to understand, basically :D Just driving riced Truenos and chill.
Takumi that's not entirely true, the protagonist in 2 is the same as in 1. He's the main character in most of the nfs games, though the stories are so flimsy that you don't really need to play one to enjoy another.
You know that keeping her car is actually part of the game. If you go to those races on the map in her car, she will send a very angry message asking for her car back. Dispite me giving the car back and playing the game as normal, I received this message shortly after unlocking all the areas of the city. A confused 9 year old me had NO IDEA wtf was happening
