I actually really like the team Jordans, it just sucks that Jordan Brand downgrades most of the more recent Team Jordan Retros in terms of tech specs. So, its good to see that the Jordan Team 1 Retro has forefoot and heel zoom...atleast they got that right.

I’m not into sneakers any more, I’ve really gotten into cars, but everytime I watch your newer videos it’s takes me back to my pre teen to teenage years!!!! Chris, you are the only shoe tuber left that reviews real retroes and modern day shoes all the same. And by real retroes, i don't mean only the "1-14 j's", that newbies think are the start and end all to retroes, and that is refreshing in this day and age of RUclips. Keep being as brutally honest as you have to, because as far as I'm concerned, you give more a damn about this craf/profession, than the CEOs at nike/etc do. Without you, this whole "shoe tubers" deal can go to you know where, thank you for not giving up on your craft/profession. No one can snatch the pebble outta your hand my friend, ever! Damn these were my first pair of Jordan’s back in the late 90s. My parents bought them at a thrift store and I remember being happiest kid wearing these bad boys. Brings back great memories.
For a team Jordan, I think these look great and love the tech. Despite the shape issues with this retro release, I’m really thinking of getting myself these or the flints

These were the Eddie Jones. He wore the black ones with the white patch on the inside. They're the only colorway I like for these shoes.

I remember when these came out the 1st time. I was in 8th grade when the Jumpman Line started. It was a revolution! I made my mom drive me allllll over town looking for the black ones.
Had the Jumpman Pro's back in the day as I was a big Eddie Jones fan so I passed on these. Still have the Pro's and they are still in good shape after all these years.
Jumpman team 2 is my outdoor court shoes. The broken-in feel and thick traction are ideal for this. There is nothing worse then melting down traction on outdoor courts.
I was the first person in my high school to get these shoes! It was the coolest I’d been since elementary school when kids would ask me to draw them Ninja Turtles.
I had this colorway and flint. It was slippery on dusty 24 hr fitness courts, but I rocked them proudly.
I remember a lot of the Tar Heels wore those joints during that time.

Team 1 was made for. St John's , cincinatti, NC a&t and cal berkley, UNC colorway came later but UNC didn't wear Jordan till about 99-00 season. Also caught my first dunk on draft night 98 wearing the black/ white colorway

YYYEESSSSS I’m so happy that JB has been showing team Jordan love these past few years. I noticed JB recently released a “Flint” colorway that models the colors from the Flint 13s 😍. I don’t go too far off from og color ways but the Flint color way looks nice. Love this vid bro!! Can’t go wrong with this Tarheel color way. 💪🏾

You haven't reviewed the Team Jordan 2 sneakers in ten years. I'd like to see an updated review on that. I think in the past ten years, people probably have lost interest. I play basketball in my pair outdoors. They are amazingly comfortable.

When I was growing up back in 98 I was never able to afford these shoes and there are my favorite team Jordans of all time so now that they release them again and I'm 37 years old I just coped my first pair 🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽

I had the all white and black and got them on day one with my bro. They were about 120.00 with tax. They were my first and only pair of Jordans ever. The only reason I wanted them is bc UC Bearcats wore them when they had Kenyon Martin on that team in the late 90s and were number 1 all year until Kenyon got hurt. Those were the days.
I have the carolina blue one's with the two tone front, the flint gray & the black one's with the two tone front

I had the OG blue and yellow colorway as a kid. I liked the chicago colorways better but they all were pretty dope. Im from milwaukee and if i rememeber correctly ray allen used to wear that model.
I remember seeing these my freshman year of highschool thinking they were ugly and being afraid to wear anything other than a retro to school, by the time I said I’d give them a serious look they were gone Id found myself looking for the black and white pair multiple times later on down the line but they were nowhere to be found even on eBay in my size Im just more than happy I get another chance at these going on 21 I don’t care what anybody says about my shoes anymore and these will be in heavy rotation
Man these Team Jordan's are among the top 5 Team Jordan shoes of all time! Damn I wish I still had my original Team 1's and I did have that same colorway back in '98. Absolute fire!
A lot of cats used to rock those back in the day. I even still some older guys wearing this model to this day, even though you can definitely see the age on them. I actually like these and may even buy a pair. Nice work guys.👌

this was the first pair of jordans i was ever able to because we always shopped at the discount stores when i was a kid and they had these and convinced my dad to buy them for me even though they were like 20 bucks dmore than he wanted to spend. it was the white and black ones im pretty sure
They're not as good as the old ones, but I still need a pair. Especially if they have a nice new colorway. That herringbone comment was great. 🤣👍

These are either my favorite or second favorite Team model. I had a grey/white pair from 03 I believe that looks almost identical to that new Flint colorway, minus the blue. Right there with you on wishing they'd fix the damn shape.
My first Jordans ever, bought them back in '99. Great shoes, hope to get them soon.
Just take a hairdryer to those old school fogged up logos and they'll clear right up!

Nightwing , hopefully you see this! Look on eBay, they released the og navy blue and white! The jumpman bubbles are clear , not volt though...but close enough! I love these too !
I like them. I got n the black ones on the release day. I just happened to be in the mall on the day they released and I felt like a new pair of Jordans. I remember these from my high school days. I remember at the time thinking that these should have been the Air Jordan, and not the team shoe.

So i know my comment is late but i just picked up the reverse version of the og white one thinking it was the og 1 i had in HS on my hs bball team. Which i was the only player to have a pair. But your knowledge just showed me otherwise. But its a good replacement. Very nostalgia
