Rinskess wash on a towel works well for cleaning high spots after the fact. The day after I did the interior ceramic coating I saw my tablet style infotainment screen in the sun. It looked fine without the sun shining on it, but with the sun, it was very cloudy. I gave it another wipe down with a rinseless wash towel and it cleared it right up.

Fun fact. The cybertruck doesn’t have traditional side impact door beams. It doesn’t need them. The stainless steel skin takes 70% of impact loads. The remainder is taken by the unibody. It’s a different approach to structural safety.

Pro Tip: Coat the white surfaces FIRST. That way you are assured the applicator pads are clean and any missed marks, stains, or just plain dirt picked up from the darker areas to be treated does not show on the white. Otherwise a good video. I just used your ceramic product on my new C8’s dashboard yesterday.

Okay, holy cow is the DIY line up incredible. I only use it for my own car and truck but take care of my parents & girlfriend's vehicles as well. I've been adding DIY products over the last few months and EVERY SINGLE one that I tried has gotten me excited on how well it works. Incredible suds? Awesome! The interior ceramic, is insane. Tree sap remover, gold polish, waterless wash, rinse less wash. And nothing smells of chemicals, all smell great! Thank you Ivan and Nick for putting together such an awesome line-up. Makes me tempted to get back into detailing for a living again!

What's the life expectancy of one application? I know that there are many variables the will affect durability (kids, high traffic, sun exposure if garage kept or outdoors), how often the vehicle is maintained, etc. But how long can I expect in a daily driver with maybe one adult passenger that's not a slob (LOL)? I'm looking to purchase this very soon.
Never mind, just as I was about to send the comment, you answered the question @ 21:40 . Thanks.

I believe therexwasxan error on the voltage. The cybertruck does use 48v but it also has 12v. I believe some of the basic stuff, like interior lights, do still run on 12v.

Actually, most Tesla drivers use their phone as a keyless entry token, fully automatic, you can leave it in your pocket. The key cards are usually handled as a backup when the phone is empty.

    • @GrandHuevotes

True. The key card is just a backup. Since I bought my Tesla I’ve only ever used the key cards for the tint shop and even then it wasn’t necessary. They texted me and said I can remote start the car using the app when they wanted to move my car after it was done being tinted

[Rant] I've been watching the Cybertruck videos solely out of curiosity. Hated pretty much everything about it, when it was introduced, and thought I'd take an actual look. To me, the exterior finish is unacceptable. Call me crazy, I expect the body panels to match. White, I repeat, white interior in a _truck_ says it all. From a driving perspective, can't see how the mumbo-jumbo steering has any predictability at all. Plus, the thing weighs, what, about seventy seven tons. Trying to picture its handling, given its sheer mass, as it tries to hop around a corner. Reminds in of a Golf R, one of the poorest handling new cars I'd experienced, but it sure was full of electronic doohickeys. Their relevance to the authenticity of an automotive experience is beyond me. Same goes for the Cybertruck. [/Rant]

I must say that interior ceramic is my least favorite product from your line of DIY.
The final effect is disappointing on my mini cooper and the upholstery now looks dry out. Wonder if there was any damage done tbh from this product. And yes, I used everything suggested from this video. After all I spent over $300 on your products.
At $50 I expected way better and less to worry about. Sorry, just an honest opinion. Wish I went with a different brand for interior.

Was your mini new or previously enjoyed? We have never had something like that reported ( and it’s a top seller). Having been in detailing over 40 years, I’ve often seen vehicles that have been processed by the auction or dealership have such issues. The products they use ( cleaners and dressings) harm the interior. Once the dressing is removed it looks horrible, and the only way to counter it is a dressing
