Right now I still have high hopes, although my hamstring is annoying, 10 weeks is still quite a long time to strengthen it up! I would love to complete the marathon in sub-4 hours, and my physio said that should be doable for me, but priority will always be getting myself across the finish line 💪
With ten or so training weeks until Manchester do you think you will be able to complete the marathon and if yes have you a target time in mind?
