I was asked what the design on Bahamasair's Tail represents. -So The Bahamas is made up of a over 700 Islands and cays. Out of all of those, there are 17 main islands. Often used when advertising The Bahamas on many different fronts, The design on the tail(Specifically seen from the right side of the plane because of proper orientation) is a stylized representation of the (main)islands of The Bahamas and their layout across the archipelago.
