Good video. Liked the pipe bending demo outside of the house. It would have been good to also show the branch box and all its connections. Also show the condensate line path for the cassette up high.
11:06 How high is that ceiling? You say that filter needs to be cleaned monthly? What would be the cost for a service call to clean all four interior units in this house? How does one access the staircase hidden unit for cleaning? ie: what type of ladder/scaffold?
15:30 Yellow Jacket could send you another bending tool, so you don't have to reconfigure from FRONT to BACK bend modes. Just have one set to each mode. "Hey Jimmy, throw me a pair of left-handed tin snips." "No, those are the right-handed, the other one."
The video didn't show you connecting the refrigerant lines to the cassettes. The first cassette in your video was in an open area so I'm curious how you hid the lines plus the condensate drain line.

Most of the time the owners do the service. But cleaning the units each month would be a service call and we would do it by the hour.

With the cassette units in the attic, do I have to worry about condensation on the unit itself ?does it need to be insulated?
They have a built-in pumping system to remove condensate water
By the way, you are spot on about these young guys who don't want to work and won't take responsibility.
Thanks
Thanks
Great video. You guys are the best. Regarding the line set, is there a specific manufacture you recommend?
They come from mueller
