- Holy FXX K this car is crazy! Few words are really required to describe the experience in the Ferrari FXX K Evo at the Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb. My friend @93_cf invited me for a ride onboard his incredible hyper-racecar to see what it's all about!
The Ferrari FXX K Evo is the evolution model of the LaFerrari based track hypercar, powered by the 6.3l V12 with 850hp and a 200hp electric KERS system for a total of an insane 1,050hp! For the Evo it also increases downforce by 23% thanks to a larger rear wing with central spine and new vortex tunnels underneath.
As part of an incredible line-up from Ferrari, the FXX K is easily the loudest and we can enjoy the V12 in all its glory along with trying to give you a sense of the extraordinary power that it has available. During the ride let me show you the car, we'll discuss the different driving modes and how they operate, as well as a proper launch off the line in style!

There aren't many cars as crazy as the Ferrari FXX K Evo! What an unbelievable experience flat out at the Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb, with over 1,000hp pushing it forwards like you wouldn't believe and the V12 screaming away. WOW!

Now that's fast and crazy, but not as fast and crazy as the ride would be in Manny Khoshbin's GT3-RS! I hope the Senna gets all sorted out. I hope there will be a Manny Khoshbin and Jay Leno video when you are in the USA.

Neat experience Tim, but how would you compare the sensation of power to an all electric hypercar such a the Rimac?

Not too long ago many gear heads bemoaned hybrids and electrical power, now we see the true potential. Filling out the power band, eliminating turbo lag, shoot, I wish my phone gained change under braking! Thanks Tim for this video of my absolute favorite car, what an amazing ride!

There were so many amazing, exquisite and powerful cars out there... But this Red Lady is their supreme queen for sure. And just look at how beautiful it is, despite all the ridiculous aerodynamics. And this engine... Wow. Only and only Ferrari can make an engine like that, period. They have been at the very top of this food chain for a very long time, especially since Enzo came out, and all other manufacturers are yet to catch up with them. When Ferrari started going turbo, I thought that they would mess up, especially in comparison to McLaren, Porsche and others. But nope... They snag best engine awards just about every single year and I don't see anyone uprooting them. Screw the competition, rivalries and stuff, I just wanna thank Ferrari for leaving behind a very, very golden chapter in the history of human achievements, beauty, technology and aesthetic pleasure.
P.S. thank you Tim/Shmee, for every video of yours. Yesterday i mentioned to you in your McLaren Senna's video that you should have gotten an FxxK/FxxK Evo, and here you are... Do anything, just buy this baby somehow :)

Take a good look and listen, because in 20 years time all that will be replaced by much faster but a whole heck of a lot quieter hyper EV's. And all these cars will be worth several times their current value, not because of their looks and speed, but rather their sound. Sound will be the luxury item of the future.
