  • big surprise when you remove the rear brake rotors, parking brake shoes, one side had no brake material on the shoes but just rust and on the other side the brake lining unglued off the shoes and was just along for the ride in there..its not easy to change but after you do 1 side and get to know the trick, the other side change was a breeze...

    Geez...I'm glad I live in the south. Some of these jeeps I see look like they been sunk with the titanic..

      Definitely..its also those folks that just replace pads only and never ever touch a rotor..to see what lukes underneath

    It seems the biggest issue is working behind that hub. Did you consider pulling the axle? That would give all the room in the world. Just curious.

      With all that rust on this jeep, believe me you don't want to touch anything you don't need to touch..otherwise it will be one thing after another..
