Wow. At 05:45 into the video. About it being quiet when hiking and hiking for mental health away from social media. That really described my love for hiking
It was actually really unexpected! I am planning a zero-technology trip next year, really take it to extreme. I said this in the first hiking video - I did take my headphones and after 10 mins took them out and it was just the sound of nature. Also, the great thing about this hike was that for 80% of it, there was no one else around. So I was able to really be with myself. It was absolutely perfect.

Hey! Thanks for watching! Funny you mention the TV show because this trip was a 'covid cancellation' and when we had to pick another destination, we chose Benidorm because we were binge watching (for the millionth time) the show on Netflix!
