They, above all people, know that muscles in the face should be worked out just like the muscles in your body. I am 65 and my two annoying areas are my "ll" and my heavy, drooping upper eyelids. I try not to flex those muscles a lot and massage that area about 3 times daily. UPDATE 2019 This a response from my thread so you don’t have to open it. recently I noticed that I haven’t been moisturizing my face like I did for the past years. So make sure you wash your face with lukewarm water (soap is optional) and put lotion on! This really helps too! It takes a while too but now it’s like the bump was never there!

@@azureenjulian2645 I use the knock-off frownie tape there while I'm working or studying. It's "cheating," and maybe it won't "work" in the long run, but I've been doing it for years. So far it has kept the lines away and from re-forming even though I'm terrible at being consistent. Shrug.

Omg I've been doing this for a while and I'm in tears, I got more wrinkles in between my eye brows the lines got more deeper and more saggy and very puffy, my skin got more saggy and when I bent down and look in the mirror my skin hangs kind of puffy and very loose!!!! This happened so fast. I'm so unsatisfied so terrible!!! I'm sure is good for some people but not for me I'm in tears, as I'm leaving this message. Use toner and rose water in the area regularly. It will tighten the skin and also drink a lot and also eat beaf so your face get some mass n hence the good effect maybe produced. If you are doing dieting or less eating then skip it n eat healthy with lots of collagen boosting foods

I've been doing this exercise consistently for 1 1/2 months now and havent seen any major change. The crack btw my eyebrows are still there, and a couple of lines above my nose - perhaps less visible than before. However, i will continue to do these exercises for at least 2 more months and see if over a longer period it works, since the exercises makes sense to me. They are simple to do and really dont take much time to fit into my daily routine.
Ive had 11 lines since my 20s - what changed literally overnight is one them travelled up the forehead so went from 1cm to 1.5cm and is now noticeable. I will try this and see what happens. Im 58

Healthista thankyou, I really did enjoy it. I suffer now and then from sinus and these exercises help as well. We exercise other parts of our body, we go walking but we never concentrate on our face. Took some pics of myself yesterday and it's surprising how wrinkled i'm getting. I'm 49 and have some denial with that number. Mentally i am like 30. I guess because i never had kids. I sleep on my stomach which is horrible for wrinkles and apparent can reduce your life expectancy. i can't sleep on my back but need to try the side more. I'm getting smile lines which sucks. I see alot of face massage in my future!

Next time when you start doing excercise put some moisturizer or lotion on face n then do it. No excercise on dry washed face
