    I went through a terrible time in 2012, and since then I’ve had one line between my eyes. Definitely anger because it gets worse now when I cry a lot.
    I’ve had a horrible 10 years.
    Healing now as I’m aware of the anger I’ve carried.

    Wonderful as always, but the way you connected this to liver health really blew my mind. I was not expecting this to benefit me in that way. I have cirrhosis of the liver (doing quite well!), so I will make sure to do this routine regularly, as well as your other face yoga videos. Danielle, you have made a difference in my sense of well-being in many ways. Thank you.

    A great workout on those frown lines! I incorporated the jade roller into this ; which I left in the fridge, and felt good! 👌 My main line is on the bridge of my nose; which seems to be hereditary; not If I can help it! Thanks for this Danielle😊

    Hi Danielle. I've been watching your videos for several days and subscribed today. I also planned to get the app and begin a daily routine. I am just wondering if it is strange that after doing some of the cheek massaging, I developed little red dots on my lower face, almost like broken blood vessels. I must have been doing these particular exercises too aggressively. I am a bit nervous to continue now and hoping they disappear soon. Have you ever had this happen to you?

      Hi! It sounds like you have gone too hard. It’s only a gently touch- the skin much prefers that. So perhaps give it a few weeks rest then when you commence again just massage gently ❤️
