Thank you..this is great! I am 79 years old. I’ve been doing your videos for morning and evening every day and some for special areas since October . How should I add this one to my routine? On the days that I do this should it be the only one that I do that day? I also use the NuFace micro current 3-4 x a week in the morning after I do one of your morning session and at night I do the Derma wand ,Gua and facial roller. I saw very little improvement , if any, with the NuFace which I had been using about 6 months before I found your videos I have used the Dermawand faithfully since I was 57 and it helped a lot but I began to need something else to use along with it this year so I added the Gua Sha and facial rollers. The biggest improvement was when I started following you . Thank you so much for making these available for us. I’m so glad that I found you.
Danielle, thank you for putting up all the four together in this workshop. The affirmations bring a smile. I have noticed, I hold a lot of tension in my jaw. During cardio and even at work, they are held tight. Please suggest something for the lower part, around the mouth.

I would like to know How I can build up my cheek's; I'm in my early 50's ,and lost a lot of weight all over, I'm slim and reasonably healthy ! But my face seems so thin ,oval face, pronounced cheekbones ; really starting to look after myself, and rather self conscious, even though my family and friends beg to differ ! Always compliments, which I turn down! Sorry I'm going on a bit!🤭 But I do want to work on a fuller complexion( Botox a no no !) Also dangerous !! I'm so glad I've found your channel, and thankyou for these great yoga exercises.💚😚😬😮🤭

Hi! Sorry to hear what you have been through. Firstly I would advise checking with a doctor that you are now ok to do face exercise and face massage. If you get the go ahead then I would recommend you start with the gentle massage and acupressure and build up to the face exercise, always listening to the feedback you face gives you.
