    I will be 50 years old in a few weeks and I have really noticed a lot of aging in my neck area. I started doing these exercises about six months ago and I can definitely see a difference. Thank you so much!

      I just started today and I hope and pray it works, mine is pretty bad and I'm hoping I don't need to go through a face lift, they are dangerous, painful and expensive. If I can firm my skin and tighten it a bit, I'll be happy.

    These exercises are better than botox bc they are effective and $0.00. Just have to be consistent with them. Also drinking enough water & eating nutrient dense food all combined is excellent. TY for this video.

      I started the first time today and did it three times today with counting for a longer period of time. I hope I see a difference, I'm very self conscious with this sagging neck and I lost weight so it made it worse. I can already feel it in my jaws and neck. I'm praying.

    Omg, I'm going to start doing these everyday. I'm a 39 year old gay man, and we fight to keep young. TY so much. I tried this twice, and it definitely feels like it's tightening up. My neck isn't too bad, but I don't want it to get there throughout my 40's.

    It makes sense to exercise the neck as well as the body. I have always exercised and danced since I was a little girl so it certainly seems logical that exercising the neck is a good idea too. Thanks for such a nice video.

    These are great exercises for the neck. I do them once in the morning and once at night !!!! Give them a try !!!! They are amazing !!!!

      Do they work tho. I have proeminent neck lines and the neck looks wide and fat. I really want to do something about it so i hope this exercices work

    Yoga is part of Vedas(Religion Scriptures) of Hinduism. It has first mentioned in Rigved and referred to in many Upanishads.     Very easy exercise. I am 49 and my skin at neck has become very loose in couple of years. Started this today. Will update you the results soon 😊

    I’m going to try these. I have a little tiny bit of skin underneath my chin that could definitely be tighter. It used to be when I was younger. So I’m going to try these exercises for a minute each day.

Do we follow this video exactly as is, only doing as many as you are showing once a day, or is this just a demo and we should do more, or for longer to get good results?       I lost some weight too and my neck has gotten worse, I hope this helps. Having a double chin is one thing but a turkey neck is something else, I'm very self conscious of this and hope these exercises help.

    I am 44 with a baby face but a horribly wrinkly neck. My sister has been pushing me for a neck lift but I am really scared of going under the knife. Will do this for a year and then update.

    I am 60 next month ... any hope for me doing these ... Danielle, you are so young - my neck area and skin area in general is consistent with aging and the fact that i have been experiencing a collagen loss since 30 (as per medical sites) i have saved your video and will apply and really hope for results - i do not want needles or a partial/full facelift although in past i used to i joke i would have this done by 65- prefer not go to this extreme though

      Hi! Thank you- I am 37. I have seen great results for clients over 60. Daily structured practice is key and combining this with sun protection in all weathers and a healthy diet low in sugar all helps compliment your face yoga.
