These exercises are better than botox bc they are effective and $0.00. Just have to be consistent with them. Also drinking enough water & eating nutrient dense food all combined is excellent. TY for this video.
I just started today and I hope and pray it works, mine is pretty bad and I'm hoping I don't need to go through a face lift, they are dangerous, painful and expensive. If I can firm my skin and tighten it a bit, I'll be happy.
I started the first time today and did it three times today with counting for a longer period of time. I hope I see a difference, I'm very self conscious with this sagging neck and I lost weight so it made it worse. I can already feel it in my jaws and neck. I'm praying.
