nice. direct, no fluff, & CALM..mine is gonna be in curseville. Wish mine had hex head caliper bolts, the torx heads sux
They hard cut out all the swearing lol. Notice soon as he started struggling with the brake rotor they hard cut to when he got it to come off.
You can get Dorman backing plates that are cut in halves so you can replace them without disassembly of the axles, still is a pita job to do but better than doing the diff - they work fine

According to the GM Manual 25/3500 are same - a royal pain
What part is held to the backing plate?
It's called the backing plate. The one from GM comes with the cast part the caliper mounts to. Dorman plates are just the shields at 1/8 of price. Nuts are 15/16". Might be useful to have a 15/16" crows foot to torque properly. No room for a torque wrench on 2 of them
