Rilan the Ruthless

Here's a teaser compilation of client Rilan aka Rilan the Ruthless hitting some serious lift PBs at Vigor Gym.
Rilan has been gaining strength, building lean muscle and stripping body fat.... and he is named Rilan the Ruthless because he will always rise up to a challenge and crush it.
Despite his grit, Rilan is also a sensible, highly coachable trainee who focuses on form and only pushes heavy weight where it makes sense....
He'll just as enthusiastically tackle a grueling tri-set with various tempos and repetitions and... then ask for more - which makes it super fun hahaha
Most importantly its great to see Rilan building up some confidence and being a part of the great Vigor gym family...
