What I loved about Akon is that he was able to make street and pop records without sounding out of place in either realm.

Good shit man, but just one thing people from US need to know, Akon case was very similar to 50 cent. When Akon first came out, he was extremely popular all over Europe and Africa way more popular than in states ( i was living in Nederland at the time and both Akon and 50cent were everywhere all over the radio and music channels. That’s why both of them sell so much worldwide. For example Jay z at the time was selling millions in the states but not comparable to what those 2 were doing.

It's so nice when people help people I always try to help people if they ask for money I give them a little or I give up baked goods I don't charge just little things in the world by people food if I'm eating out and there's someone there I'll buy them something to eat anyways lots of people can do lots of nice things for people that doesn't cost a whole lot of money it just makes your heart feel good
