There is a service interval counter and a ceiling to the number of resets you can do before the dme runs out of memory for the intervals. My car shows 15K as the service interval and I tend to just keep track of the odometer and oil change sticker to do my 5K OCI. Then I let the 15K counter run down on its own before resetting. 15K intervals is madness, nobody can change my mind on that. Don’t bother.
FYI: The Oil Filter Cap torque value is actually 40Nm on all Oil Filter Caps now...as there was a TIS update awhile ago.

No, it is just at 300,000 km that you cannot reset it anymore, regardless of how many times you reset it
