Don't forget that there are also those who, despite some upgrades, fail to solve some tasks. Especially with this car where the brakes are not adapted to the speed of the car (particularly difficult when the goal is, among other things, don't to go off track !). Looking at him here and someone else in other situations as well, it all seems pretty simple. But unfortunately this is not the case for everyone (and I speak from personal experience !)
@@aris1956 yeah I can understand... This car has very poor brakes and the sheer closing speed on some occasions can be scary. Stage 3 was slightly difficult for me despite having all 1s on (this is the standard upgrade tree for any SE that I attempt in the game)
That head to head race in stage five is extremely difficult with no upgrades. Don’t feel bad at all if you need to get some upgrades! Most people will eventually be dropping gold on this car. Part of why I do this is to help people but another part is the sheer challenge of it.
@@ME7_RR3 yea I've done my standard all 1s upgrades on so it could be slightly easier... till now, apart from stage 3, I haven't faced much difficulty in completing any stage
@@ME7_RR3 ok I finished stage 5, and guess what... That was so hard even with all 1s! As I said, I wasn't used to the Bolide's braking and closing speed at times and it was difficult to get used to it as well

I did stage 5.2 and seemingly you don’t even need to keep the 8 cars behind you after the second lap. This means that on the second or third lap you can go back and forth on some of the straights, keep the bots slow, and get the speed goals fairly easily. I mean, it worked for me, some of you should try it, too.

In stage 5.1, if you had a little too much fun with Ahmed (yes my Hot Wheels are worthless today...) , do not finish lap 2. Race backwards and catch him on his next lap(s) to fill the tailgate timer and then cross the finish line.

Finishing stage 5.3 felt like the greatest achievement of all time🤣🤣 took me so many tries. Then stage 5.4 came😂 but i got the bolide in the end. Worth all the struggle

I've never had this much fun managing bots. Well, more bullying and torturing bots to be honest... 😆 New tip: Fastest way to heat up your tires is to block the fastest bots (e.g Ahmed), reverse and by pushing you the bot will trigger skidding aka tire heating. Voilà within a few seconds you have 100% tires. And Ahmed is still behind you 👍🏽

Yeah, I was VERY disappointed about that. I did ask for it. It might be because they always get complaints during recommended PR events. There are always some people who fully upgrade (or tune in this case) but still can’t earn the car. I still can’t believe there wasn’t even 1 though! ☹️

Glad to know it can be easily finished. So far into Stage 4, did not have any issues at all apart from 1 or 2 in Stage 2
Just a heads up, I wouldn’t call stage 5 easy. Some of it is but races 3 and 4 are difficult. Race 4 of stage 5 is incredibly difficult!
I upgraded so 5.4 was okay but couldn't clear 5.5. Will slow the bots and see if that helps.

Free Bolide?! I thought I had to use like 1K golds when this was introduced 🤣
Anyone having trouble sustaining damage in 5.4, try to brake about 3-4 car lengths before the barrier and then throw the car into a side skid as late as possible. This method allows for less overall speed force being carried, reducing the risk of damage. This has dramatically helped, as it is an insanely difficult time requirement. The wall bounces are the only way of sufficiently finishing 5.4 with no upgrades and even then you have less than a second before the finish line. Very difficult, but honestly the entire event, except this particular stage, was surprisingly easy in comparison to others. Such as the pagani huarya bc or the Ferrari 812 super fast. Good luck to everybody trying to still win the car!
It’s amazing how much you can get away within this game once you know some tricks. Front damage happens very easily but side and rear end damage takes a long time to actually affect you.
I noticed my friend “Real Racing 3 Speed Junkie” did 5.4 without hitting any barriers. He did one drifting skid and that was it! Mind you, he’s one of the best in the world.

@@dominikgrundke6378 Thank you for your kind words, would be nice to have a huge channel. As far as recommended PR events, hard to say. Some of them I made harder than they needed to be because I just resisted upgrading so long 😅. The one that comes to mind is for the first Venom, not the F5. A couple of races in that one were extremely difficult. There was one on Indy Speedway where the car would suddenly pull one way or the other way and you’d be going so fast it could throw you out of control. Then there was a long race at Le Mans where you couldn’t go off track and it was multiple laps of difficult racing. I remember having to add a lot of upgrades! Mind you it was many years ago when I still was working on my skills.

Actually you can let those 8 cars repass us and we can finish last in 5.2

ME7, I didn’t get all my speed targets done and I turned around and went back to the cut before the start/finish line. Did my last to speed targets and finished 17Th and passed!

At stage 5.4, I didn't bounce in the first wall, I used My braking point to save the off track for the chicane, I think it's easier and I did it around 3 hundreds faster than Me7, so it's the same in time but easier, just bounce in the second wall and cut the chicane

AMV is an amazing car as long as it isn't about top speed.
Hate such crashes like at 14:24. Is such move realistic? When you hit exactly into opponent's car back corner...
However, sometimes it does vice versa effect, opponent's car goes spinning round. LOL
When that particular crash happened I was already in a slide so it makes sense that my back end flipped around. But I know you’re talking about more than just this crash. Sometimes you hit someone and you both go flying, sometimes you hit someone and you’re the only one who goes flying! The first scenario is real to me. Like if I’m travelling quite a bit faster than the car I’m hitting, it makes sense that the force of impact would sand me flying. What doesn’t make sense is when I hit a car and it barely wiggles yet I go flying like I hit a brick wall! But then it also doesn’t make sense that I can smack into a barrier sideways at extreme speeds and just bounce 😅. So I guess we take the good with the bad.
I messed day 3, but that's ok, bc my teammate got it! Awesome.

Stage 5.1. What a nightmare!!
I got this car… it’s a Bugatti so i will always hate the brakes but there’s nothing i can do🤣 This event was fun but i found some challenges that were “hard” for you (i know that there is no hard race for you except that endurance with McLaren MP4-X that i really want to try but i dont know where i have to steal that mutch gold to upgrade that beast to max) extremely easy for me, and events that were easy for everyone were just insane for me😅🤣 idk where’s my logic but the car is amazing (this Bugatti is only one that i have except veyron 16.4 because im just… you know Koenigsegg guy🤣🤣 btw i really wonder if fm will add some new Koenigsegg cars to the game like Jesko, Jesko absolute…(i think that absolute might be able to ho over 500 but it will have terrible grip for hypercar) it’s kinda pitty that there are so many new Bugattis but no Koenigseggs) i wanted this car because for me it is way better that the Bugatti from previous season i didn’t really enjoyed driving it because yes it have pretty great acceleration but bad brakes and not mutch of a grip whitch this car have. Bolide my 2nd car that can go over 500km/h🤣 it’s a pitty that in the game are just two cars that can do that… But i wanted to ask you bcs i dont know if i can turn this beauty into even bigger by making it red but with oficial “stickers” dont you know if it can be done now or it will be added next season?
I’d really like to see some more Koenigsegg‘s as well, I really like those! A lot of it has to do with car companies as every car in this game is licensed. Sometimes there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work to do before the car can appear in the game. There are times that they have to submit their game version of the car to the car company a few times before they get the final go ahead. The car companies are quite serious about having their cars represented a certain way in the game. Some companies won’t even allow their cars to be in the game like… The Toyota Supra for instance. That car and several Japanese sports cars belong in the game but some of those car companies don’t like how their cars get used in games. I only mention Toyota because you can actually do a Google search and find them saying how they did not allow their cars in any games for a while. They deleted their post but some people copied it before that happened and reposted it. The only reason we have any Toyotas in the game is because the license had to do with the racing organization rather than the manufacturer. I don’t have any official information on Koenigsegg. I will say that I haven’t heard anything about them not allowing their cars in games anymore so I’m very hopeful!
IMPORTANT: for 5.2 you don’t have to finish in front of the 8 cars you need to overtake. I missed some speed, got lapped 2 times getting those, and still completed

That’s pretty weird! I would file a ticket with them. Explain the situation and they might ask for screenshots. You could just take a picture that shows you already earned it in the VIP rewards. To file a ticket you press the gear icon in the game, then the small “i” for information, then the word “support”. You can also go here.

I don’t know for sure but I would expect it at sometime. They never tell me for sure what’s coming. This was a popular car and it was a really good event. Sometimes an event has bugs and then they never run it again. This one was very good!

Time zones. Stage 1 open for me on December 23 in the evening. Then stage 2 open for me just a few hours later, which makes me a day ahead of many countries. Everyone in The western hemisphere can do this if they want to,
You mention Real Racing Next a few times. I tested it and it is basically a stripped down version of Gran Turismo in look/UI, feel, driving mechanics etc.
If that is the kind of racing game you like I recommend not wasting your time on Real Racing Next, just get Gran Turismo on the Playstation. You'll probably spend less $$$ too.
I’m not sure what I think of it yet. Some aspects were really cool and the graphics were a lot better. I’m hoping they do some handling tweaks. It was an early test version, they were still working on things. I had a neat opportunity to play the game with some developers there live to get my feedback.

I’ve tried it a couple of times, very difficult I find to go very far. I’ll keep practising it here and there when I’ve got time. It’s not great pay wise, but if it is endless then it would still be in the top 10 of possible races.

Well this phase of testing is all done so you can’t get it now. They launched it at o everyone in Canada & Australia only on Android I believe. They gave me special access on iOS. The bad part is that I was not allowed to make any videos because I am part of the program. Whole bunch of other people were making videos and so that was frustrating. But very few people had the chance to interact with the developers and give them direct feedback. I don’t know if there’s going to be another test batch or when the game is coming out.

watch ads with Wi-fi to reduce the servicing time.
That’s what I did for stages 3 & 4, watched those ads. I started stage 1 close to midnight so that I could use the initial 3 hour servicing on stage 1 & 2. Then I had saved my free “1 hour servicing on all cars” VIP reward for stage 5.
Hey mate this is a really good guide for me but i still want to know how to do the technique you did in this video that using tire barriers to break and turn without taking damage, i tried for few times but its still took the damage. THX
I also had trouble. Eventually I figured out that I was actually failing due to off track, not due to damage. Although once in a while it was damage. Both tire barriers are on track but there are off track sections near the ends. So you can end up off track when you bounce. I found that I was accidentally going off track a bit when I was passing Ahmed and then staying off track a bit too along with my bounces. PLUS keeping your front and off the wall is important when you first contact it. Try to contact the wall with the whole side of your car or even just the back.
I have a question : How is it possible to skip the "mininimum IP requirement" ?
You can’t. There is no skipping it. You have to pay attention to the type of event it is. There are 2 types of events: “Required PR” and “Recommended PR”. If you go to 0:12 in this current video you can see that it says “Recommended PR”. So then you’re not skipping it, it’s only a recommendation. However if you’re talking about every 2021 Formula One event, those are all REQUIRED PR events. It is impossible to enter the race without meeting the requirement.

Funny thing is i was only able to do this with sensitivity at 8 cant really play with 0, 2 or even 5 maybe my Phone has a slow brain...:)
Congratulations! That can open up a lot more fun, drifting when you want to, donuts when you want to. Also helps you to save currency in these types of events and get faster times in time trials. If you’ve more recently taken assists off the that’s pretty normal. I was running at 10 when I first took them off! Over a period of several years I slowly lowered it down to 2. The only reason why I lowered it is because it just started to feel better. You will find that you can carry a little more speed in the corners with lower settings. If you want to try it lower, I would suggest you only lower it by 1 or 2 settings at a time. Any more than that and it will really affect your racing. honestly I would just lower it by one, play that way for a few weeks or even a month and then try lowering it another notch. It could also be your gyroscope a bit. Though I’ve played this game on five different devices, iPhones and Samsungs and I’ve used the same settings.
Don't worry about it. I play with the sensitivity at 10. It may be my phone, but I have a real hard time with sharp turns if I use anything other than 10.
As an aside, I started landing in Group B for the WTT after went to sens. 10.

@@ME7_RR3 Thanks!! Most people I know run with low sensitivity. I am a weirdo, I know, but I like the responsiveness of sens. 10. I have also gotten better because this has forced me to smooth out my steering motions, thus I get through the turns faster now. 😀
Hi ME7.. I couldn't do the first 2 stages of Section 5.. As much as I tried.. I suppose I'm a hopeless driver on here.. I'm okay with real life cars. IE My SLK 55 AMG.. Hay ho.. Its only Gold coins 😕😕😕.. BTW.. It says at the end Magnus isn't Retiring?? Mmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder??
No one should feel bad about buying upgrades. I push it really far because I like the challenge. Porsche long circuit is a brutal for this type of car. Difficult track for a lot of people including me. And yes, I’m not surprised that the Magnus retiring thing was just a ruse. Plays well with his character.

Reality check for you guys. The Car is NOT free. you either pay to upgrade it in the event you win
it in or pay to gold to upgrade it to complete the section that it unlocks after you get the car. either way you pay for upgrades at some stage or another
??? Your missing the point. It’s a 1150 gold car that you get for nothing. EARN the car for FREE, then upgrade IF and WHEN you want to. That’s the reality. Many people missed out on EARNING the Venom F5 because it was forced upgrades. No currency stash, no car. Simple. In reality, I got paid to earn this car.
Who says you ever have to upgrade it?? That’s not a condition of OWNING it. Some people like me, earn a car then wait for an upgrade sale. It’s currency management. It’s partially why I have so much currency.
I don’t upgrade cars unless I really want to, sale or not. Paying 1860 gold for Bolide upgrades and only getting back 82 gold in series completion is bad economics. I may still do it because it a monster, but there aren’t any good farming races.
Change assist to unassist game play just like starting to play a whole new different game ❗ all the braking & accelerate points, steer speed & time ……are totally different❗
Do the bots use full assists
Mostly yes. There’s the odd time you’ll see a bot sliding off track. I’d also say they have assist settings that are better than ours. Example: Brake assist low put the brakes on too late, brake assist high put the brakes on to early. The top level bots brake much better, but still not great.

Take a look at SMR’s video of that race. He runs it more conventionally with no wall sliding, but takes full advantage of the last 2 off-track cuts. It’s a tough race for mere mortals like myself, but I think the way SMR runs it is the way to go. Worked for me.

I’m getting pretty pissed off with these challenges. Unless you fully upgrade these cars you don’t have a chance to complete each stage. RR3 is truly a pay to win game.
