In this video, I demonstrate how to fold an Origami Corona Boreale Star designed by Maria Sinayskaya. This is a great modular model, and it's not very difficult to fold! Enjoy the video!
Special thanks to Maria Sinayskaya for granting me permission to create this video!
This star is one of the many fantastic designs included in Maria's Corona Star Series. To find out more, please visit her Flickr photostream!

I don't understand how someone would dislike this video, I mean c'mon! He explained it very very well, he didn't go too fast, and it wasn't very hard to make!

I appreciate how clean you work. Even other so called "origami" experts have corners that don't match up or points that aren't really points. Your work is always perfect. Thank you.

You are so good! Slowly and clearly showing where things go. An outstanding origami teacher! Thank you very much. I made one with 3 x 3, I had problems with tucking in the center, and finally I succeeded! I will make another one with 6 x 6 inches paper.

  • @bonnyd.5334

Very clear instructions. Take your time folding each model. Be as accurate as you can. I have 2 variations of the center... my favorite is to stand up all the small triangles and carefully mold them, to form a pinwheel like twist... this adds a third dimension to this model. It's a fine two dimensional model as shown. In 10cm paper, it's small enough to fit into a large, commercially made greeting card.

your videoes are perfect. You explain how to do the steps perfectly and you act proffesional. You should make videos on how to make other things such as the origami fireworks and the magic rose cube

Could you do more tutorials of Maria Sinayskya's stars? Sara Adams has done tutorials on them, but her instruction is of poor quality. This is a shame, because she does beautiful work. She makes these stars a lot harder than need be to fold., by reversing steps and failing to identify point to point folds.
