Fantastic tutorial. I have watched many on turning corners with a narrow rolled hem and wasn't satisfied with my results. The tips you included in this video made a huge difference--adding a little cut at the corners, loosening the needle tread a bit, plus pulling all the thread tight at the top. I am now confident I can master this. Thank you!
It is the end of 2024 and this is the BEST tutorial I have seen yet. Thank you so much, now I have saved it so I can watch it a few more times. Very helpful. Thanks again.
Thank you for this video! Not only did I learn how to change my settings for a rolled hem, but I learned about turning a corner on a serger! So pleased I found this video.
Thank you! I actually have this serger and your tutorial was awesome! Can you post a picture of your sheet that you use? I didn’t get one when I purchased my serger used. I love my serger!!!!
So easy on plain and simple woven fabrics without stretch. My problem is on stretch knits and thin fabrics cut on the bias or on a curve when the hem pulls away from the edge. Please do a video troubleshooting this scenario. I have a Babylock Evolve and just can’t get it to work properly. So frustrating. Thanks.
Hello, I have a question on the lettuce hem. I am making both my little granddaughter's summer pajamas and I'm using the lettuce hem to finish the top and the leg's of the shorts. My question is, how do you finish the hem so the stitches don't come unraveled using this lettuce hem? Thanks so much for your help
