So, I guess this is like a 'poncho. You took two rectangles and sewed them together to make a large square, but left an opening (at 15”) to put your head thru. The idea of adding beads by leaving a long chains, was vey clever. It would be helpful to include a photo of the scarf flat on a table to view finished product.
Thank you very much. I like wearing scarves. You did a good job. I never thought about adding beads to give it weight. Great job. I can tell that you love Baby lock.
can you please explain why you measured 15inches and put two edges together? are you making an infinity scarf? good video, informative too. thank you :)
Will this machine be suitable for silk/rayon velvet scarf edging? Doing A LOT of them in a year...or should we have an industrial grade machine...I know that the velvet flakes off with every stitch as it's sewn and gets messy, but also may clog the machine....what do you think?
Ovation serger I purchased can't get upper looper to serge smoothly it doesn't look like its sewing its loop i.e. Real loose I. Can pull the looper thread and it comes right out.
This demo helped determine the tension for silk umbrella sleeves rolled hem from a friend's repurposed saree on my Imagine. Thanks so much!
thank u so much!!!!!!!!!!!! best video on this ive found!!!!!

interesting but it would be nice to give more info in the beginning of why you measured 15" in, kind of confusing
Great. Thanks!

I, too, am confused about the construction of this scarf. Please explain!

So this is no good for other brands of overlockers,
It works on my Elna well. Their manual is followed for settings. Sergers do rolled hems almost universally.
too much talking without giving us any idea where you're going with the scarf.
