This was one of the best hotels in the Clearwater area at one time. My grandparents stayed here a few times when it was a hotel back in the late 60's and early 70's. Still looks like a beautiful hotel and glad it's been kept that way and not badly altered as far I can see in this video clip. Very nice.
This Church was originally establish at sea aboard a research vessel called "Apollo" and was the Flagship of the Sea Organization, Scientology's religious order, who manned the ship. When activities at sea outgrew the capacity of the Apollo, this church moved to land and the Flag name stuck, in tribute to its nautical origins.

I first came here in December, 1975 for administrative training. Fort Harrison, you've come a long way baby! Just gorgeous!!
