Today we installed a D1X procharger on the 2017 Camaro SS, hopefully this tutorial will help if you want to take on this install! if you have any questions feel free to comment down below!

Cost is one thing, having the time is another. I'd want to get it done but I don't have the time to do it all the way through, properly. Based on what I see you fellas are doing one heck of a job, and you looked at all the other aspects of what will be affected by the install. Maybe one day I can get there... I just know it's a long Job and it makes me nervous to think about myself trying to do it and effing it up because I wouldn't be able to dedicate the proper time and effort. Thanks for the thorough video, you should get a Damn trophy for this!!
I can say without question I definitely will NOT be going with a procharger. Don't have the time energy or patience for this. My hats off to you guys.

what made you go ProCharger over say Supercharger or Twin Turbo ?
How much did it make on how much boost? Have you had any issues with it yet?

@@SemiCarGuys regardless of the sound, stock = 100x better.
Running meth, e85 and 93 just isn’t practical, gets annoying after a while which is why I don’t post anymore or drive my car as much
@@MP3BOOSTED been missing your videos but now i understand. I just went the bigger fuel system and hoping to go 800 wheel on full e85 with my D1X. Hopefully i won’t be needing any mixing or meth in the future. DI is expensive 😅

Is it stock?
For $8,000 just for the kit....might as well spend the extra $1,000 to $1,500 to have a shop put it in and tune it right there. I mean, what's another 1k? I used to build all my own stuff from 2nd gen to 4th gen....let me tell you, I don't have the time with the 6th gens. I might do the E-Force install myself...but when you are taking the entire front clip off and having to modify the kit to fit for a bolt-on like that....I'll let a shop do it. I do like the sound of a Procharger....even though back in my day a Procharger was a Mustang mod to us F-Body guys lol.
You guys done a good job, but my opinion is that a pro charger is a trash kit.
I think magnuson superchargers is much easier to install.
They both have their quirks to them but I was surprised with how simple this install was. It definitely has a lot going on but procharger provides some good instructions! We had never done anything like it before and it wasn't to bad for us!
