    I appreciate your effort. Foucault was important to me in grad school. Was glad to have another try to understand. As then, I still come away cold. Power struggles are not the sum of human activity. Collaboration, even love is real. Neuroscience gives us ways of describing responses to other humans that are rooted in a series of hormonal and neuronal activities that are associated with bonding. That sort of bonding is not a power struggle. It is mutually beneficial, not a zero sum game.

    Sorry for asking this, but would you ever consider making a summary video on Dialectics of Nature by Friedrich Engels. It would handy when someone wants understand marxism and instead of telling them to read a book I can send them your summary video. And of course they should def read the actual text, but video summaries are often motivates them to do so.

    Knowledge is instrumental, ebedded in an action frame. It is shared in language. Knowledge is not truth.
