Hello Foodies,
Today we are going to see 3 recipes - veg momos, momos chutney and street food style pan-fried momos. These momos are very tasty and will be added to your favourite list once tried them. Vegetable momos recipe requires very few steps and Ingredients, the Preparation method of these veg momos starters with the making of Dough followed by making of stuffing with onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and any other veggies of your choice and finally making the little chapatis then fill the stuffing and make the momos finally boil these veg momos In a greased cooker or momo pan.
For the preparation of momo, chutney boil the soaked chillies and tomatoes then them In mixie, after that fried garlic, and ginger In oil then add the prepared tomato chilli paste along with Salt, vinegar and soya sauce to make the best momo chutney which can be stored up to 1 week In the fridge. For the making of pan-fried momos, we prepare the gravy with a variety of sauces and finally fry the cooked momos. Well explained. I did momos with whole wheat atta. Also made a big thin roti and cut into required circles to save time instead of small rotis. To retain red colour i always grate 2inch beetroot
