Today we are going to see how to make Veg Tandoori Noodles, this is desi style noodles recipe without any sauces which tastes really amazing with nice smoky flavor , Preparation method of this veg noodles without any sauces is very quick and easy process which starts with boiling of noodles, followed by making of tandoori gravy , then frying of finely chopped carrots, capsicum and cabbage pieces and finally addition of tandoori gravy, boiled noodles to make the delicious Tandoori Noodles, before serving keep small burning coal in a bowl and place the bowl in the pan then close lid , add small quantity of butter to get the smoky flavor to our delicious Tandoori Noodles. I could not find this recipe on vismai website. but i could make it, it was excellent. one question for cooking noodles did u use regular oil unlike for sauce u added mustard oil.
Usually sesame oil. For this recipe, I have used mustard oil.
