Happy to help
Thanks for sharing how mucus is produced 🤧👍very informative
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Any opinion of lemon water for the reduction of mucus in the throat? Thank you for this information! ❤️🌹
lemon juice works , also can use apple cider vinegar with raw honey and Lugol iodine
Lemon water really bad for teeth, the acid eats away the enamel and u get cavities along gum, my dental hygienist told me
Plain warm water also helps because it loosens the mucus 😊
Snorting saline sounds like a bad idea. I definitely would get some of it in my lungs or stomach. I think I'll use a spray instead.
It's really great all of that stuff comes out. A salty beach water will definitely do wonders.
Thank u for info
Glad I could help and sending awesome vibes
My ginger tea remedy
One lemon
Fresh tiny chopped Ginger not minced or pre minced it has to be fresh cut ginger swallow sized pieces
Ginger lemon tea bag
The first thing you do is eat the lemon without the peel it will clear the first layer of mucus to make an opening
After the tea is done you need to swallow the ginger bits tht were cooked in the tea
The only precaution is 5-10 minutes of sweating hiccuping and just feeling drained but the ginger fights bacteria so thts why u feel tht way but the night of or the next day youll feel sooooo much better
Is the tea made of just boiled ginger & lemon or just ginger??
@@emelinesemo lemon ginger tea bag with fresh lemon and ginger .. I boil the ginger too but when u eat them without boiling i think its more better
The question might be why a person has excess phlegm and mucus before we get rid of it. If it's there to try and protect something and you get rid of it...
Steaming tea tree oil or eculiptus oil it's good to remove muscus blocked sinus ears etc
But he said all natural is a waste of money…
@@George-nn8ui he will say that because he.s all for big pharma...don't forget natural products were put on this earth to cure us way way before pharma chemicals
@@George-nn8ui medical doctors often encourage medical treatments. Nothing better than nature in my book. I use ACV with ginger and Himalayan salt in warm filtered water. Gargle several times a day. Worked for me.
@@George-nn8ui well he would say that as there's no £££ in it for him
@@cathygr well done. Couldn't agree with you more.
There is a company named Sinus Wars. They sell many different sinus meds. The one for Post Nasal Drip works fantastically.
There is an underlying cause that you have not been properly tested for yet. Sinus meds may help, but other symptoms will continue to come and go. I have allergies but I took the allergy immunotherapy shots for the straight 5yrs ( the due date finished ).
I suffer from gerd and during the time I've been eating pizza with braces.
I was dehydrated but I've been having water a lot due to work and just eating anything water based.
My phlem problem happened right after taken off my braces of 18 and had retainers... The first day with retainers I built up lots and lots of phlegms I was very upset and sad that this happened to me but not my sister.
I was upset at my oral dentist.. but realizing that they can't help.
I find it so weird how I randomly got phlegms... They told me a keto diet for a good 3yrs... I am now 21 and I've been in the keto diet for almost going into a yr.
It's been 3yrs since I have phlegm.
And I just want it over with. I just sick and tired of waking up with a build up. And the doctors think I just sound crazy but I as it's usually when I wake up and after eating big meals.
Please help! 😭
I've been staying hydrated, trying to fix how I sleep, been trying to not eat at night, been trying to eat small, been changing even my diet, and it seems like nothing works at all. And I've been at this for at least almost a year!
Heat 3 table spoons of coconut oil and remove it from the stove or heater otherwise the oil will catch fire..Drop some camphor into the warm oil and store in a bottle.. Rub the oil on chest , back and neck before bed.. You will see relief in a week..
@@rajir4831 for phlegms?
@@rajir4831 cause that's only for dandruff I just looked it up
Yes.. It works very well.. You can rub it on the neck , even inside nostrils as it will not burn at all.. You should rub it on your back also..What it does is it warms the body to loosen the phlegm inside the lungs.. Smell & Inhale so the camphorated air reaches the lungs.. Avoid oily foods and reduce acidity in the stomach.. It helps..
Try a nasal rinse (neti pot, make sure the water and instruments are fully sterilized)
I have mucus and the way I slow it down is when i feel bad with this i go and dig up so ginger cut a pice about 20cent coin peel it and chew it and get it down your throat do this much as you need the follow up with something sweet i take 3 dates then you feel like a new new person and can Breath again.
Ive had this virus every 7 weeks this year that starts with mucus and phlegm and it really upsets my daily life.
I am lactose intolerant and i have had a few chocolate bars this week but it usually never affects me.
But I think it might be time to stop consuming dairy and sugar for good.
I hope it helps
@Kelliecans Can You're getting rid of all* kinds of sugar? Or just the bad types?

Anyone wanting to get rid of excess phlegm and mucus should first and foremost eliminate phlegm and mucus producing foods from the diet. Foods such as processed foods, sugar, white bread, pasta, cheese, diary, etc. and instead a diet rich in lemons, lime, green leafy veggies, legumes, cruciferous veggies, etc. Oil pulling each morning followed by a liter of hot lemon or lime water will go a long way to eliminate excess phlegm and mucus.
I have been diagnosed with post nasal drip for about 2 years. As soon as I sit up in bed and move around the mucus immediately starts producing and for about 2 hours I cough and clear my
