I love this game, I love this rivalry. Great uniform scheme guys. I salute you all !
Worthy opponents this year. --- Thanks for the great upload, Victors Valiant. ---
May not have been the most exciting game ever, but thanks for the hard work you put into these videos. Love the uploads regardless!
What did you watch? This game is always exciting, they even let some of the big hits stand on the field which is rare.
I've watched this game every year in some fashion since 1991. At that time my uncle was in the Army, and had served in Desert Storm. We only got to see him once or twice a year. I'll always be an Army fan for that. But this game as a whole, is the first Bowl Game of the Year, or now with it being a Playoff field, the first Championship Game of the year.
So what was the deal on the OT? Did the rules change??
Still a regular season game. It’s a previously scheduled game, so therefore it is a regular season game. It is however, the Super Bowl for these two teams.
@@jacksonpriestap3685 right. I didn't mean literally. But to me. For what it is and signifies, it's a Championship game environment and meaning.
I felt bad for 34 I can't lie
Records don't matter. This game is about our future Army Navy commanders. The Respect, The class for one another, is why I don't miss this game. Never see unsportsmanlike fouls with these men. Go Army beat Navy. After the game. We are brothers.
what a great overtime
The game was almost unwatchable. The emotions were off the charts.
Great job VV.
Go Army! Beat Navy! US Army 1982 - 2015
God, that poor Navy player laid out crying on the sideline...if you don't think this game means the world to those guys, there's your answer.
You should do every teams march to the college football playoff
So great to see condensed games.
This is a great rival game between army and navy and that is straight facts 💯
Irregardless of the outcome, the ending brings a tear to the eye every year.😇🙏💪🌅🇺🇸
When my son and I used to go to the games, I'd point out other fans. Many had a well dressed dad, a beautiful wife, and a couple kids. All well behaved, polite and respectful. Something we see less and less of. God Bless America!
So many opportunities for political comments, but I will just say this is the only game where the players would give their life for us.
And they do!!!
At least it was good in overtime
Thanks for recording and uploading this. Even though it was a stinker and the announcers had to upsell it way beyond the enthusiasm it deserves.
Wtf are you talking about? Lmao. It's army navy. Every play is exciting if you know what's at stake
8:47 I was thinking why isn't either team passing?? then with 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter, the commentator answered my question 😆
Passing attack was deeply lacking lol.
That one’s on the running back. Can’t fumble on the 2 yard line for the game winner. Tough 😮
Great Game ! Wow
5:43 the body control here is crazy
Good game Army!
What s a game congrats 👏
Should’ve kept this one in the drafts lmao
neither side could not throw the ball - runs n scrambles.
Thats most army vs navy games
This game convinced me that neither of these teams have a competent offensive line... holy shit
Oh my God. I thought I was the only one that saw that shit. both of these teams have absolutely no semblance of offense. They don’t have a clue about running an adequate passing attack. And even though both quarterbacks were in a shotgun formation, that was still nothing more than the old-school wishbone formation. Which only serves to get your quarterback killed. I can just imagine every other game of the season they lose, because they don’t play any kind of pro style offense. I guess that’s why the annual army navy game is so important and memorable, because they’re probably getting their asses handed to them the rest of the season.
Stand down navy!!!!!! GO ARMY!!!!!!! 4TH I.D.
Great Game!
8:45 At 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter... "NOW WE HAVE A COMPLETED PASS!" It took this long? Neither of these teams seem to know how to pass. WTH?!?
That’s how Army-Navy works
Army and Navy are triple option teams and very rarely pass the ball. These players are all in the service academies and part of the military so they can't have big huge linemen like most college teams. So they don't have the blockers for dropping back.
@@VictorsValiant Interesting take on this. I guess it helps. Thanks, Victors.
Those Army unis…one of the best ever…Go Armor!
Absolutely!!! ARMOR, Combat Arm of Decision!
For Army’s uniforms, I get what they we’re going for, but it just looks hideous. As for Navy, they are aesthetically pleasing, but what does NASA have to do with anything? Just seems random.
Huaaah Army. Well done! Good game.
I'm a Navy vet and this is embarrassing. Can't throw the ball and can't run the ball. Who's coaching these teams.
Veterans lol
Lets go Army!!
On, brave old Army team!
game was ugly for the most part and then it exploded
Army and navy will never change... will remain bottom teams every year or end up 6-6 or 5-7 because all they do is run. Tunnel vision... they need to start playing today's game and throw the ball to compete. When you run, all you're doing is playing 10 vs 11 90% of the game when the qb doesn't run. I hope one day navy or army can be a 12-1 or 13-0 team competing in the college playoffs in a few years... but nah.
Ya gotta dance with who brung ya.
The academies don't recruit future NFL players. They recruit future military officers and leaders.
@@choprjock Are there no future military leaders in the entire United States capable of throwing and catching a ball? Combined passing stats for this game: 16 attempts, 3 completions (19%) for 53 total passing yards.
@@MartinInBC that's what I'm saying like that is just beyond horrible
It's cool to be traditional and its fun to take the ball 80 yards into he endzone vs weaker teams... but not vs okay to great teams that will stack 11 man in the box and shut you down. If they play vs Georgia or Michigan, final score will be 77 to maybe 7... maybe...
@@adyzYangboi that's not entirely the case do you remember when Army played OU they went into Norman and Played OU and almost beat them so it is possible to beat a good team with their format if you have the right personnel.
These are two of the worst offenses I’ve ever seen like wtf
Must not of watch Colorado buffs play
Have u watched Iowa’s offense? 💀
Bro have you ever watched these two teams play?
@@mgoblue8709 facts I was surprised to even see 2 passes let out 2 passing td's
@@mgoblue8709 yes…. And their offenses are terrible
I served in the Army and Navy., so I really don't know who to root for!
All 6 highlights awesome.
The fact that you even got 15 minutes worth of highlights out of this boring ass game is a true testament to your skill.
Go Army Beat Navy, Army 95-01
So sad that we have to have a winner and a loser. I wish they could both win. Breaks my heart but it's the part of this most patriotic game that comes with the game
Why do the Navy helmets have a NASA logo on them?
They were honoring graduates from the Naval Academy that had become astronauts more than from any other institution!
It’s dumb… it’d be like if Army put the presidential seal on their helmets BeCaUsE wE HaVe MoRe 🙄😂
Why are the unit patches on the Army helmets all 1st Armored Division?
That was the scheme.I was 3rd ACR…no biggie…Go Armor.
@@cs292 Why not some other unit patch? A portion of my division of the 3ID was attached to the 1st AD in Iraq. I got to wear either as a combat patch on my BDU's.
Great work as always! Will you be doing the D2 semifinals again this year?
Just the championship next week
Alright, I’m looking forward to seeing highlights of back to back Championships for the Dawgs!
So, there's no sudden death scoring in College Football?
Go Army, BEAT NAVY
As someone who's not from the States, but sill someone that watches football, I have a question:
Why does the military have football teams? Aren't they all about doing military stuff instead of football?
Ahhh the good ole which triple option team is better game.
Outside of UHawaii games, this is the Only game worth watching!...IMO....Imua, Niumatalolo....Imua, Monken!
Yeah I enjoyed playing Hawaii earlier in the year
@@mgoblue8709....Hawaii didn't travel past Michigan this season & no service academies were on 2022 schedule....
Could’ve been better
Who made the dumb decision to fire Navy’s coach Ken? Navy played brilliantly against Notre Dame and came very very close to beating Army. This game was an echo of the exciting 1963 Army loss to Navy. Navy plays in a tough conference with limited talent. Dumping coach Ken is a big mistake.
No his offense is terrible
With all do respect to these men as they are great people for serving our country but it looks almost like a or high school game lol
Yeah!!!!!
Wow what a conclusion. The only game in the world where all the players give their lives to save any of the spectators. If you've never been to an Army Navy game you are missing a great event. The character of the audience is overwhelming.
Navy lost solely bcuz of those NASA uniforms 😂
Let me find out army has some dawgz on their squad
Navy need a new head coach imo
Bro literally offense sucks
armys helmets look like master chiefs (from halo) helmet
Okay
Go Army GO, Sing navy (and you did)
Bro why didn’t Navy go for 2🤦
cuz the receivers r trash
Because they scored 10 points in regulation and it’s Navy
@@asuhdude6668 I’m not even a navy fan dumbass
college that has a guarrated job after graduation
go navy
Pass the ball much?
Navy so emotional lol. Huah!!
The navy coach was fired after the game, dude I was like u was on the army 2nd yard line were he should've went for the field goal. I was like what an idiot as the navy should've won. I did 10 yrs in the USA army though. 😆 🤣. Go army.
I am glad for Army with my dad and uncle fought in WWII. That blocked punt I loved it. No field goal attempt. Navy coach deserved to be fired. Their game is so predictable with no passing game.
This was slightly painful to watch haha
FJB!
This was an extremely poorly played game. I kept going back to it from time to time (because there was nothing else on) for a series here and there and it was just bad football.
Whoopi, Army finally won ....lmao..
Try to keep up.
Army has won 5 of the last 7 games.
Go Navy
This game used to be so entertaining back in 1998 and 2001....WTF happened to this series?
Sure it wasn’t high scoring, or an offensive dominated game, but you won’t get a better ending than that in an Army-Navy game.
Well at least it was a good overtime
Dude crying act like he lost the super bowl
This is their super bowl, when they suit up to play football each year this is the goal. Army is independent so they have no championship game, this is their championship. Army and Navy football teams are judged on this game. Very very rarely do these guys go to the NFL so this is everything to them. There is no bigger game for either team
Absolutely boring game to watch
its a different type of football. dont go in waiting for 45 points because you won’t get it.
@@RJScott-mt1jx How to admit to being a shallow douchebag, without saying you're a shallow douchebag.
@@rudi_tabootie fax
Don't watch you won't be missed. Trust me. This isn't for you so tune into something else
nobody watches an army, navy or air force games for high scoring games. but for the rivalry
This game always means something....instead of a million dollar contract, these men may have to sacrifice their life for me to enjoy freedom
Please do not air that boring game anymore .
