I used an Izula 2 as my daily driver for a number of years. Back in January I upgraded to the Mako in magnacut and have been very happy with it. The sheath is good but I wanted to be able to access the knife while seated or crouching so I had a kydex sheath made so that I could carry it horizontally on the front of my belt under a t shirt. It's small enough that it doesn't really print. The handle looks a little weird at first but it melts into your hand giving great control with no hot spots.
I did notice that most reviewer's have versions without a sharpening notch at the base of the blade. I ordered the mid grade version directly from Creely and it came with a small notch for ease of sharpening. It can take a while to get if you order between drops but I got lucky and had mine in 3 weeks.
After 5 months of daily use I've only had to strop it once, that magnacut lasts a long time. It's a great knife, I highly recommend it. I'd use one of my bigger knives in the woods but for an edc I haven't found anything that works better for me.

@@KnivesoftheRoundTable I'd email Creely and ask when the next Rex batch will be coming. It could be a while if he even has one planned. He's pretty friendly and got back to me right away when I had questions.
