Whey definitely is for when budget is tight. Clean supplement. When I was starting out as a professional, whey saved me and my gains. Although, when you slowly work on your career, I'd advice all to switch to whole foods. I take almost the same protein intake now but it's completely from chicken breasts and whole foods. A basic difference I noticed was that I used to have a lot of break outs/acnes during supplementation which stopped after switching to whole foods. Now I have maybe one or two pimples in a year so yeah that less. But this guy is 100% right. For a budget friendly diet, these are the best and more importantly the safest options. Excellent advice.

Hi Saket, I started gym around 08 to 09 months ago. After 05 months my instructor advised me to take protein and creatine with anabolic. I got good result with creatine. However, recently I did few test and found that my cholesterol is 240, Sugar is high and lever is damaged, here I’m looking for some guidance. I want to continue with gym and looking for good results in future. In fact my daughter want me to participate in posing. Let me know if I can continue gym with cholesterol problems. Please, if you can suggest good diet and protein without sugar. Also, if you know any health consultant do advise to me.
