  • The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza presented a conversation between Warren Commission Assistant Counsel Howard P. Willens and G. Robert Blakey, Chief Counsel and Staff Director to the U.S. House Select Committee on Assassinations from 1977 to 1979. The moderator was Curator Stephen Fagin, and this program was recorded at the Museum on October 29, 2018.
One week after the November 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, President Lyndon B. Johnson established The President’s Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy. Chaired by Chief Justice Earl Warren, this prestigious investigative body, commonly known as the Warren Commission, concluded in a report published in 1964 that alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, finding no evidence of a conspiracy.
Following a wave of critical literature by independent researchers about the assassination investigation, amplified by skepticism and social unrest of the 1960s and the Watergate scandal in the early 1970s, public trust in the Warren Commission’s Report significantly dropped. In 1975, the Abraham Zapruder film that captured the assassination was broadcast for the first time on network television, leading to increased interest in the circumstances surrounding the death of President Kennedy. Further fueled by revelations that government agencies had withheld information from the Warren Commission, in September 1976, the U.S. House of Representatives established the Select Committee on Assassinations to investigate the deaths of President Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. While several scientific studies commissioned by the House Select Committee corroborated some findings of the Warren Commission and they concurred that Oswald killed President Kennedy, acoustical analysis of a Dallas police dictabelt recording led the Committee to conclude in their Final Report issued in 1979 that President John F. Kennedy “was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy.”
Howard P. Willens, an attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Justice Department in 1963, served as Assistant Counsel on the staff of the Warren Commission. He is the author of "History Will Prove Us Right: Inside the Warren Commission Report on the Assassination of John F. Kennedy" (2013).
    G. Robert Blakey, a longtime law professor at Notre Dame and Cornell Law School, was appointed Chief Counsel and Staff Director to the U.S. House Select Committee on Assassinations from 1977 to 1979. He is co-author of "The Plot to Kill President Kennedy" (1981).

At 1:54:20 Did he really say Dulles admired Kennedy? Kennedy fired Dulles. Dulles hated Kennedy over the Bay of Pigs and the fact that Dulles was even on the Warren Commission nullifies all of their work.

Exactly! And Dulles' number 2 for 9 years (and in charge of the BOP attack) was General Cabell, brother of the Mayor of Dallas. Cabell was also fired by JFK. "Admired/loved Kennedy" Was used several times by people involved in the plot - David Ferrie, Clay Shaw and Jack Ruby were all extreme right wingers who said it, to avoid suspicion.

He joined the Civil Air Patrol, joined the Marines early, joined political causes, joined libraries, joined a carpool, held a full time job, joined in Holy Matrimony with Marina, joined her on the weekends to see his two kids rather than leave them alone, joined a boardinghouse with 16 other people living there, tried to join the USSR, etc. To see what a loner looks like by contrast, look at the loner known as the Unabomber, who was unmarried, unemployed, and lived alone in a shack in the woods.

Those are a couple of good points. Here's another big problem regarding the Assassination and the Warren Commission. It's common knowledge that the feds destroyed Oswald's note a couple weeks before the killing by Agent Hosty. Hosty always maintained that the note was innocuous" If you don't quit bothering my wife I'll take this to a Higher Authority". Agreed if that was what was said.. You can't blame Hosty. But about like everything in this Crazy Kennedy Assassination Story there is a whole other side. Secretary Nancy Fenner of the Dallas Field Office said she saw the note and Oswald had talked about blowing up the place. Now that's a huge discrepancy. Why would the local Secretary lie? And so blatantly lie? Because if what she said is true then Hosty, Shanklin the Head Of The Dallas Office and Hoover should have been prosecuted for destruction of evidence and not doing anything about Oswald in the 2 weeks before the Assassination. Even if Hosty was telling the truth and he might well have, then Shanklin and Hoover should have been held accountable to some degree by The Warren Commission, and nothing was done in the most important murder investigation in their History.

the question should be HOW DID A BULLET GET ON THE GURNEY ?. there actually is not a single witness who identofied ce399 (the so called magic bullet ) as the bullet found at parkland . it didnt even fall from connallys gurney , it fell from a gurney that was already in the corridor and which a young boy had previously laid upon .
darrell tomlinson along with nathan pool found the bullet , pool said that it was a pointed tip bullet , ce399 is round nosed all most flat nosed . pool knowing about jfks death didnt want to be involved so he told tomlinson to say he found the bullet alone , and thats what he did . tomlinson brought the bullet to his superior o p wright , he also gave a statement saying the bullet was POINTED TIPPED .
tomlinson always maintained that the bullet fell not from connallys gurney (which he pulled from the elevator ) but from a gurney that was already in the corridor by the wall . the fbi fabricated a report stating falsely that the above men were shown ce399 at parkland by fbi agent odum and that they identified it as the bullet they found . ALL LIES . none of the 3 men ever identified ce399 as the bullet they found . in fact agent odum upon being told that he was named in the fabricated report as the agent that brought ce399 to parkland stated that he never even saw ce399 and that he never brought any bullet to parkland . arlen specter knew the importance of the bullet and he tried to twist things and tried to get tomlinson to say that the bullet fell from connallys gurney , when that failed he pushed tomlinson in to admitting that HE COULD BE WRONG .
a bullet was found thats for sure . remember it was texas . the lad on the gurney could have been hunting and was somehow injured or taken ill , i say that as i dont recall why he had been on the gurney . but a bullet could have innocently fallen from his pocket and on to the gurney . it was then brought to fbi offices where they THOUGHT it fell from connallys gurney , they found it was not a carcano bullet . that would pose a big problem , it could mean two shooters and by then orders had come down NO CONSPIRACY . oswald had originally been charged with killing jfk in the furtherance of an international communist conspiracy , the dallas police had orders to change the charge , no mention of conspiracies . after all j edgar hoover had already told rfk about 2 hours after jfks shooting that THEY HAD THEIR MAN , HE WAS IN THE CATEGORY OF A NUT . oswald was only at the police station a few minutes at that stage and they were still trying to ascertain who he was . so late that evening the fbi receiving a non carcano bullet would be a problem . if you check you will find there is a hour discrepency between agents delivering the bullet and the fbi ballistics guys saying they took possession of it .
its just my thought now as we cant really prove it . but rather than a bullet being planted say by ruby or another on the gurney it may be the case that the fbi in a panic just substituted the bullet they received with a test carcano bullet fired through nothing more than cotton wadding . and that would explain why there was virtually no damage to the bullet aside from a little flattening at the base . then they have a carcano bullet and as it was fired by the rifle in question the markings matched . its win win for j edgar .

He never learns, as he fails (again) to to expound on the meaning of the alleged inconsistencies, discrepancies, deficiencies...anomalies, he obsessively digs up; and fails also at explaining how any of those affect the final outcome. To do any of that, one needs to advance their own coherent theory of the crime. But there fobrien1 comes up empty again. Folks should keep in mind that Inconsistencies, discrepancies, unanswered questions, investigative shortcomings, etc. linger at the close of many cases, even simple traffic accidents. However, the preponderance of the evidence should always override such anomalous elements. This is why Oswald-alone is well-founded, decisive and correct.

He was, at the time, a retired Army Ranger who had seen serious "action"; the likes of which I couldn't begin to imagine...
He had served during WWII as a younger man and had been part of the Normandy Invasion forces and was well acquainted with seeing and hearing rifle shots heading his way... (ever seen "Saving Private Ryan"???)
Did I mention he was one of the closest eye witnesses to the head shot?
I'll let you guess/research/assume where he told the cops the shots came from.
It might be that someone on the WC had seen his TV interview on the 22nd November 1963, and took that into consideration... or decided it wouldn't fit well with their lines of inquiry.
When a commission or committee can actually put Oswald IN that window, with that rifle, (not the Mauser they found), with evidence that he fired a rifle that day, I'll listen to what they have to say. And that needs to be more than the "Well, this is how he *could have done it*" that both the WC and HSCA came up with. (Nitrate evidence on his cheek would have been a start.)

Yes, without checking, I'm sure that was Brehm. There are a number of eye witnesses who could describe the... characteristics... (for want of a better word) of the head wound, who were never called to or deposed by the WC.
In a proper trial, all these witnesses would have been called by Oswalds defence. And the prosecution would have had to show how and why this "Mass Hallucination" (that caused nearly 200 people to go charging toward the picket fence area to try and catch the shooter, including a Police outrider who got half way up the Grassy Knoll on his motorcycle before his vehicle decided it wasn't going to play...) happened. But of course, since there was never going to be any trial, any evidence that a defence lawyer might have used was just discarded.
It's really easy to win a case when you are the prosecutor, there is no defence, and you also happen to be the judge.
The Warren Commission could and should have done a better, proper, job. (And that applies to the HSCA as well.)

yes brehm was on the drivers side of elm or to jackies left on the edge of the grass . brehm said the shots he heard came from the direction of the depository .
however brehm was problematic . i mean i believe he was honest , but an honest person can be wrong . or he was right that atleast some shots came from the rear , which i have no doubt . brehm asked (recorded on film by mark lane ) if he saw the affect of the shot to jfks head , he replied yes . when asked in affect what he saw he replied that he saw a piece of jfks head fly rearwards and leftwards towards him and land by curb where he and his young son . he can be seen saying this on youtube either in a single video interview or in mark lanes rush to judgement from which the interview came .
jfk had passed the newmans and zapruders position , and was nearly at the knoll steps , brehm was all the way back up elm , approximately opposite the stemmons sign on the left side of elm . i would say that conservatively brehm was 30 feet to jfks left rear . that is the problem . officially a bullet entered the rear of jfks head sending brain / blood and skull FORWARDS , yet here is brehm saying that he watched a piece of jfks head fly all that way to the left rear .
now lone nut advocates will say that brehm took issue with lane , in that he felt that lane tried to make it look as tho he said the shots came from the knoll . lane didnt do that . what lane did was to show that while it does seem a shot or shots came from the rear of jfk that there is also evidence that tends to show a frontal shot may have struck jfk . brehm never disputed that he said he saw a piece of jfks head fly to the left rear over quite a distance and land at his feet , he couldnt ITS ON FILM .
lone nut advocates wont even address this , as to do so would mean they have to attack the credibility of their own witness . so its best for them to ignore it .

the warren commission , clark panel , hsca were not put together to perform proper investigations . earl warren had refused to chair the commission , until lbj told him in effect HE HAD TO if he didnt it could mean ww3 . very quickly warren told his fellow commissioners that he didnt want an investigation , that he wanted to simply review the fbi report . russell also didnt want to sit on the commission . lbj told him in essence it wont take long just review the fbi report . of course it ended up taking many months .
the clark panel was really put together to counter garrisons investigation .
the hsca started out as an honest investigation . when it became apparent that they were actually looking like they would do a proper job that is when the problems started . sprague and stokes etc were replaced , and blakey came in . he basically dropped his pants and bent over for the cia . the cia had control over what cia people were called and if they were called at all , and if called they controlled what they were questioned about .
the warren commission via specter lied about the position of the BACK wound and falsely placed it on the upper right neck .
the clark panel lied about the head wound entry location , they pushed it 4 to 5 inches higher up to the crown of the head , because the autopsy / warren EOP location was too low a wound to have come from the 6th floor window . dr humes vehemently protested this saying THERE NEVER WAS ANY WOUND IN THE CROWN AREA OF THE HEAD . the vehement protestations of the very man that performed jfks autopsy fell upon deaf ears .
the hsca went along with the above lie . they took testimony from bethesda witnesses who told them that jfk had a large wound in the back of his head . they sealed away those testimonies for a minimal of 50 years . they then added to their lie about the head and their sealing away of testimony that contradicted them by lying further about these witnesses , they states that all bethesda witnesses contradicted the parkland witnesses and agreed with the autopsy findings . LIES , they said jfk had a gaping wound in the back of his head jjust as parkland staff had said . 2 of these witnesses were fbi agents , they have shown us by attacking the lies that they were honest . they were sibert and oneil , you can see interviews with them on youtube . their report stating that the bullet that struck jfks BACK had no exit point and their statements about jfk having a gaping wound on the back of his head were kept from us . sealed away or buried . but now we have them .
the ARRB had a panel also . to a man they were warren commission supporters , i wonder how they got on that panel ? lol . they said in essence to members of their staff if you find anything conspiratorial WE DONT WANT TO SEE IT . but a lot of information was released by the ARRB but much remained sealed .

Nothing ever caused me to think that it was NOT a conspiracy. The simple fact that Ruby, a known lowlife, sauntered into the Dallas Police station and down the stairs with a gun in his pocket, through cops of every description, and right up to Oswald--probably the most important prisoner since John Wilkes Booth--and shot him point blank, should have been impossible unless it was planned. Ditto to Stephens Dygert. A lot of fog has been thrown up about acoustics in the Plaza and how that might have confused people as to where the shots came from. That could not be the case for the people on the grassy knoll, since they were so close to the fence from which the fatal shot was fired, they would have had two sensations : 1) the sound of the rifle; 2) the pressure or percussion wave that was created by the rifle shot. Any one who has spent any time at a firing range knows how unmistakable this pressure wave is, and how it is more reliable than the sense of sound in determining the direction from which a shot has been fired. I stood on the spot where those witnesses did, and the distances involved are closer than they appear in any photography or sketches of the scene. There is a reason why they all turned and pointed up at the fence, why people all ran up the hill toward the fence looking for the killer - not toward the Book Depository. Much as we might like to think such a thing could never happen in America, it was a bloody coup, and it was an inside job.

From what I remember from what I have learned about the JFK Assassination I remember these things. When I was in High School I remember my Spanish Language Teacher telling the Class that when He was in the CIA they found evidence that one of the Bullets that Hit the President was travelling in an upwards direction and there was no way that where Oswald was supposedly Firing from that could be Possible. Also British Intelligence discovered that when President Kennedy was Hit by the Fatal Head Shot that there was a Storm Drain directly to the Right of the Motorcade and that back in 1963 it was Possible for a Person to Fit in there. After the Shots were Fired the Person who was Firing from that location could have then travelled through the underground Drainage System and then make an exit. That could explain why if there was another Shooter from that location why one of the Bullets that Hit the President was travelling in an Upwards Direction and why everyone who was there during the Shooting never visually saw that Person who was Shooting at the President.

Conflicting Conclusions. Great Title for a country song. I deeply respect Mr Blakey for bringing up the George Joannides matter. You could have devoted the entire discussion to that alone. Lol. The matter confirms the investigation was compromised by CIA. The matter confirms LHO had a operational relationship with CIA..In 1963 George Joannides had a field operational role as Case Officer. Running the DRE a anti Castro revolutionary group. Funded and conducted everything from disinformation operations to assaults on Cuba it's self. He had the group when they had their contacts with LHO in New Orleans the summer of 63. When LHO was both anti Castro..And pro Castro withing like a weeks time. Staging a bogus fight in street with LHO. Staged according to the opinion of a New Orleans Police supervisor involved in publicly arresting LHO. This is a clear and present indication of a field operational relationship with LHO. The HSCA had an agreement with CIA that no one operational from that time would work with the committee. 2 forensic pathologist at Bethesda Dr Hume and Boswell had never in their entire career, an autopsy based on gunshot wounds? Incredible. Only until the next day after the magic bullet was found on a gurney, did they change the story back in Bethesda that the bullet was an exit wound not an entrance wound as previous thought. They were confused by the trach performed on the wound made in the emergency room. The drawings from that autopsy shows the bullet hitting the back of the head, clearly not taking the account of 26 witnesses on the grassy knoll who said they heard shot or shots from the grassy knoll. There were 18 doctors that noted a large wound in the right occiput with pieces of brain, cerebellum, as well as an entry wound in the neck. Fragments of bullets were embedded in Connelly. The autopsy at Bethesda, by 2 docs that never did a GSW autopsy, show a picture of small hole in the right occiput, small hole right scapula area, and no record of a neck wound, but after discussing with Parkland, modified their report to include a hole in the neck. They didn't find a bullet, even after taking out the lungs, so they concluded, that during cpr, the bullet fell out, and was found pristine at Parkland. The pristine bullet weigh was < 1.5% of it's actual weight, but bullet fragments were removed @ Parkland weighing more, and noted in the nursing notes. Conley was buried with bullet fragments in him. During the Zapruder film, it's clear, while JFK is shot, holding hands to neck, Conley is not, and holding his stetson, and turning around to see what's up with JFK. The single bullet could not have hit both men at the same time.

Hickey shot him with the AR15 by mistake when he was preparing to return fire at the 6th floor window. That’s why they rushed the car off for cleaning, the AR15 was never tested, all footage that would show the SS car at the Moment of impact was destroyed. There are no shortage of witnesses that prove this. The fractures are visible on the X-ray and people describe a bone hinge in back that witnesses say is being covered by the scalp being stretched over it. Why they chose not to photograph without the scalp stretched over the bone damage as well, that I don’t know, but the X-rays and descriptions cover it. They say they had trouble measuring the skull deficit because fractures radiating from it confused the matter. That don’t show these radiating fractures on the drawings. It seems like an effort to simplify the trajectory that backfired because it excludes effects of the entry wound that all the witnesses were impressed by.

In the grassy knoll scene in JFK movie they had a lot of practical problems setting up that shot. There was a sign and obstacles which made it impossible for a gunman to track the limo at all, it just appear from behind a sign. The special effects guys also tried a number of rifles to try and get the smoke people claimed they say and smelled. They said none of them put out any smoke, so they ended up using special effects to fake that part. Dealey plaza is small, there were people everywhere. Question #1 is the Zapruder film altered? If you watch the zapruder film then you will see that JFK's very first movement after being shot in his head is to move forward for a split second and then it's back and to the left. Many people theorize that he was shot 2 times near simultaneously in the head, once from the front then one from the back. You can also see the black out behind JFK's head in the zapruder film.
#2 why did he move back and to the left? If he was shot from the back by LHO then why does he jerk backwards? I realize the limo nearly stopped and then sped up but i don't see that making him jerk backwards the way he did cause remember the film definitely shows his very first head movement to be forward after being shot in the head.
#3 Connelly sure doesn't look like he's shot at the same time as JFK in the film. Hell even Connelly himself said he didn't believe he was shot at the same time.
#4 What does the skin flap of skull tell us? I don't see how JFK could of been shot from the side or an angle that goes into the side of his head cause of that flap and there would of been damage to his left side of his head.
#5 Clint hill and the bike cops all said blood and brain matter sprayed them while Connelly said he saw the limo and himself and wife just sprayed with matter. Would a back head shot cover Clint hill and those cops behind the limo?
#6 Boom......Boom..Boom. so many reliable witnesses describe the last two shots as being close together. This to me I'd one of the smoking guns to the fact that LHO could not have fired those last two shots just by himself. But if there were more than 3 shots then why do most of the witnesses not hear the other 4,5 or 6 shots if there was that many? We're the snipers firing at the same time to throw people off?
#7 missing pictures that could of showed people on the 6th floor or other places. Two instances that i know of where people claimed to have photos that showed other people up on those floors or windows and both times authorities lost or damaged the photos. Plus i will always believe that Mary Ann Moore had to have taken more pics especially when the president was coming down Elm street cause why would someone wait to take a pic when the president had done passed you by? We see her with her camera to her face and your telling me that she took just that one pic? I don't believe it.

First off people say the film was altered. When I ask them was it the original or one of the 3 first day copies, all I get is crickets from them. Answer: None of the films were altered.
JFK's head does indeed go forward at frame 312.
The head is propelled forwards on impact 2.5 inches in less than 1/18th second.
85% or the visible blood spatter is forwards of the rear of the head.
The head is also pushed down on impact
At frame 313 we see him appear to go backward. Take in mind he had bad back problems and was wearing a very confining back brace designed to keep him upright. This is the "back and to the left effect" you see in frame 313.
All ballistic evidence leads to Oswald's rifle. Of which was found on the sixth floor with his prints on it.

@@ronaldsimmons7638 On one hand I truly believe LHO was the lone gunman and the official story is correct but there will always be questions. The past 20 years I've realized there's alot of myths and things that were just not true that has diminished conspiracies in my opinion. It's so hard not to fall in that trap of everything is a cover up or that the Cia has all these people out here lying and spreading misinformation cause that's just not the case. I still think there's more to the story and could probably be things that we don't even know about or that were ever documented from that fateful day. The zapruder film Idk if it's been altered but there are missing frames and it doesn't show the limo briefly stopping that we all know it did for whatever reason. The first man to work with the zapruder film Dino even said that the film he saw was different and he worked with the film for the Cia photo imaging department to make briefing boards. He is a very reliable witness and I found his interviews fascinating. Just so many strange incidents happened that day and afterwards that one must entertain the idea of a conspiracy. I don't know what happened,I mean you have people who actually believe that the driver shot him lmao,it's rediculous after a certain point. Wish Connelly or Mrs Connelly would of let those bullet fragments get taken out cause that could of been huge but of course that didn't happen. I'll tell you someone that interests me is Jack Dougherty. I do believe there could be alot more to him than we will ever know but that's just an opinion.

That's true. That's why I always prefer to go directly to the sources as much as possible. I don't take what a conspiracy author or author arguing Oswald acted alone says on face value. They might be honest and telling the truth, but their own bias can unknowingly distort their views, they can leave out facts/details that are against their claims (either on purpose or not), or they even just flat out lie! So I always read directly from the source. I've read nearly every testimony in both the Warren Report and HSCA report (all except people with minor/insignificant roles), the entire Shaw case transcript, and thousands of declassified documents.
So far, I haven't found anything that leads to me believe there was a conspiracy. Virtually every claim made by conspiracy theories can be explained. We do have a photo of the 2nd gunman, "badgeman" holding a rifle. We also have another photo shot just 4 seconds following the shooting of the president of the knoll near the railroad underpass where you can see smoke flying across over Elm Street, consisted with someone who had fired a weapon.

@@apointofinterest8574 what about the many witnesses that smelled gunsmoke and the railroad workers who saw smoke? None of us know what really happened for certainty. If a person looks into the JFK assassination and doesn't look into a possible conspiracy then they are naive and a fool. I'm not saying there was one cause idk but i will say there's alot of strange coincidences and circumstances that happened. Ruby killing LHO for example. Nothing to it at all cause jack was just a big JFK supporter and didn't want Jackie to go through a trial. Bullshit. Maybe it is true but if you don't question what you are told then your just one of the sheep that would of been saluting Hitler in Nazi Germany back in the mid 30's being brain washed like the masses.

@@mrsinister8943 We already know the railroad workers changed their original stories, one of them after being coached by Mark Lane, so you can toss all their tale-telling out.
These witness reports(and they are not the 'majority') of "smelling gunpowder" have to be explained in psychological, rather than narrow olfactory, terms. As JFK researcher Gary Nivaggi has said:
“I do not believe that there was any gunpowder smell following the shooting, but a similar combustion by-product odor combined with the psychological effect likely caused the confusion. Those enormous, inefficient V-8 engines in the motorcade, vehicles would, under the obvious rapid or full throttle acceleration, give off some very strong exhaust fumes. Upon passing through these fumes, especially after hearing the shots, those fumes could be mistaken for gunpowder smells.”

@@apointofinterest8574 I just think that the possibility of some sort of conspiracy or plot by either the mafia, rogue forces or one other person will always be within reason to look into and search for. As someone who became absolutely fascinated by this event ever since I learned about it in 7th or 8th grade and while I'm not a professional but I've done alot of personal research and have an open mind about the events and consider myself an intelligent person. I realize so much about that day and the aftermath was myth, lies, embellished or out of context and I can understand that after years of searching and researching that one can conclude that LHO was the lone gunman and there really was no signs of a conspiracy that a person could find. If I had to guess with my brain then I would say all the evidence sure does point to one man but Theres always been those little lingering questions. I think what happened to the two photographs that two different men had from that day that possibly showed more people up in the 6th floor or window? Both instances the pictures were lost or damaged one by our government agency I believe FBI and the other by a Toronto news agency which in turn sent the man a check and claimed they accidentally lost or damaged the pic. The man who saw the Tippet shooting and was trying to follow the shooter down the street to keep tabs on him 2 or 3 days later was shot in the back and the head,he survived. The Dallas police losing all records of the 3 tramps except their names. The pic that looks alot like Bush Sr in front of TSBD. The former plots against Kennedy involving multiple gunmen with sniper rifles. The SS agent called off right before the assassination. Ruby killing LHO and then saying that the world will never know his true intentions and that people with the most to gain will never let the truth come out. E Howard Hunts deathbed statement and audio. Joseph Milteerin attendance at dealey plaza and his audio just a month or so beforehand about how it's in the works to kill JFK and that authorities will arrest someone quickly to throw the public off and he described pretty much how it would happen from a high rise office building with a rifle brought up by being broken down to sneak into a place. The fact that even the Kennedys themselves thought there was a conspiracy says alot. There's so much more from the supposed sloppy autopsy to a very reliable witness claiming he saw a different version of the zapruder film. It's stuff like all the things I mentioned is why a potential conspiracy will always be valid. You have evidence vs strange and unbelievable coincidences and circumstances. I don't know what happened all I know is that jack Ruby destroyed any sense in this case when he killed LHO . Good luck my friend and may we continue to search or understand whatever is the truth.

@@mrsinister8943 Ha ha, the bit about Ruby "protecting" Jackie is such a crock. It's amazing how that got credibly foisted onto the world. Ruby owned a strip club, which means he consorted with mobsters. He was just a POS doing the bidding of someone awful.

Interesting debate! I liked Mr. Blakey better, he was nicer and more respectful of his adversary. However, I ultimately agree with Mr. Willens - if I can put it in the form of sarcasm: a grassy knoll shot has everything going for it, except for a wound, a bullet, a cartridge, a weapon and a shooter.
