Would you be so kind to tell me what specific light you are using?

It’s worked great as long as the bottle isn’t old and been on the shelf for over a year you should have no issue

My 20 gallon aquarium has been running for 9 days, I'm seeing 2 ppm ammonia and been using prime,I got DrTims one and only, there is fish in the tank, can I add my Dr Tims now? Will it be OK to use prime still?

Yes you can just dump it in leave your skimmer off for the first few days and it should do the job.
Give the bottle a dam good shake the bacteria is on the sediment so you want that to settle in the tank. So maybe leave pumps off for a while and let it get into the sand.

Salinity needs to be at 1.15 and temp to be at 85f, the instructions also say to wait 9 days before adding fish, all per Dr Tims instructions. I would read and see his videos first. DO NOY add fish the same day you add the bacteria

Sorry, I don't want to see your face that close-up. Instead I want to see your tank system with enough light so I can see what you are doing.

Why not mx your water before adding to the aquarium your guessing your going to have a lot of deaths all your faults were preventable should you have taken your time your needing scales.

When the aquarium is new there is no need to pre mix the salt water as it will mix just fine in the aquarium before any livestock is present not even bacteria are present at that stage.
This is common practice in the hobby and has never caused my any issues over the last 15yrs.
