Northern Virginia teen champions youth voter access

  • 16-year-old Josselyn Gould is the Executive Assistant of the Center for Voters Initiative and Action, a youth-run organization that introduced a voting bill in the U.S. Senate earlier this year. The High School Voter Empowerment Act turns high schools into voting registration sites. Josselyn explains how the bill will allow students to register easily in school rather than going through a sometimes complicated registration process.
