Not saying for or against, but Main St asphalt and sidewalks are in better shape than 90% of town. Why would traffic lights need to be replaced if this reworking of Main St wasn't done?

Community? Have you seen all the signs around Manchester that are opposed to this 'plan' you are proposing? ????
