Cheap eyebrow pencils are better then the Anastasia beverly hills retractable pencil. It's expensive as heck. Having nice eyebrows is more about the technique of the hand then the product

That’s okay.. so it’s your choice.. basically we do that to make the eyebrows more pronounced.. if u watch the video again you will notice that after highlighting both the upper and lower parts with concealer the brows became more pronounced, that is, it became finer and more noticeable. The light shade beneath is to creat more attention for the lower parts of the brows and the darker shade above is to create less attention to that part of the eyebrows.

What about the concealer under the eyebrows? Do you wipe it off?
You're suppose to use a blender or brush to blend the concealor
