I do the Anxiety Challenge when I have to go down the town where there are people.
I've learned the best thing you can do with your fears is learn! Using planes as an example I've been watching a lot about disasters, engineering, how pilots are trained, ect. What this has done is taught me what to do in case of an emergency. Sure they tell you at the beginning but in a lot of cases people panic so much they forget and flight attendants trying to tell people go unheard as there's usually loud sounds and the speaker is out.
I would have been anxious.... If not for the fact that I lived in a apartment 26 stories up. Really helps get rid of any fear you had.

It wouldn't be a good move move on his part. Most of what makes this video is his reactions to other videos. Probably some of this stuff did give him a slight bit of anxiety. But also probably, most of it didn't really. It is a huge difference between experiencing something in person and watching it on a screen with someone else doing it.

the bus on the hill is literally every school bus in wv. if its not on state roads, majority of the time its on paved roads but its just wide enough that a car can pass by the bus if it pulls over. its really scary going uphill.

I have a wierd fear with heights. If there's like a railing or window that keeps me from falling off somewhere high,I can go as high as the eiffle tower and I'd be fine. But if I don't have something to hold onto or nothing there so I won't fall over. You'd have to peel me off like Velcro to get me down
I’m glad knowing what it’s like to have the fear of heights because I’ve always had the fear since I was young and just looking up at the sky or goin on a plane I freak out every time I hate anything to with heights

It's weird with me because i love to feel the adrenaline but I am scared shitless of acceleration and heights. I'm probably just addicted to adrenaline but it's insane how, even though I absolutely and definitely hate heights, if I got the chance to bungee jump, i'd probably do it.
Actually, i would definitely do it because unlike other things i don't find bungee jumping to be as scary.
